The ease of assembly was fantastic. I had it together in less than 30 minutes. I would have been upset if I had paid to have it assebled for me as I usually do. The cost was cheaper than any of the local stores and FREE shipping. AWESOME!!! To know that the Best Buy guarranty was behind it, made the purchase an even easier choice. Now if Best Buy would just start selling shoes, I would be in heaven.

We recieved this grill the other day and set it up. Through that process, we discovered the hood had severe dents with chipped paint, the racks were bent and also chipped, multiple dents on the outside and the ignition was broken into several pieces. It seems that however this grill was packed, it was horribly wrong and did nothing but damage multiple parts. Called the customer service and asked what could be done about it. They offered to refund us $25. $25?! Altogether this grill cost us $190, that was nowhere near compensation. They offered to send us a new grill but had no clue when it would get to us, hinting at the fact that we were not even close to a priority. The rep we talked to on the phone was completely rude, dismissing the issue almost entirely. This is the last time we will do business online with Best Buy.
