Q: How big is the grilling surface? Will ribs fit okay?
A: Ribs will fit. It is medium size so not a party size grill. Good for a family of 4. Top shelf is small. 3 burners work well.
Q: Is this an electronic ignition system?
A: Yes, finding the prong for the second one was the one problem that I had to call Char-Broil about. Oops, I actually used their website. They answered my questions promptly.

Q: Does Best Buy assemble the grill?
A: Not for me. It was shipped to my house unassembled. I knew this when I bought it. It is not too difficult to assemble. A screwdriver was about the only tool needed.
