Excellent Grill

The instructions were a bit unclear at first but it becomes clear very quickly where things go. I will say the smoker box got stuck and the handles bend easier than I would like, but overall the thing cooks well without burning food. I would like to know if I am doing something to prevent it from getting hotter as I could hold my hand over the heat and not move it. Maybe I just needed to give it more time, but the instructions say 15 minutes. Either way I am excited to try the smoker and roaster feature in the basket to see how that works! Make sure you season the grill it'll make the first few uses that much better.

If you don't like babysitting all the food you put on the grill then this is the way to go. It doesn't dry out food and it's very hard to burn food using this grill since the food is never in contact with open flame. Putting it together took a little time but nothing to serious.

It's nice being able to control the temperature. the only thing is that we had probelms with was the door to put chips in, but that could be due to user error. I would rather have the chip door issue than deal with a smoker that uses actual fire. I can't wait to try the roasting and grilling feature!
