I forgot my other charger when I was on a road trip and needed to get a backup. It never hurts to have multiple chargers and it works the same as the original one I bought.

Had to return because charger wouldn’t work for an Alta HR model. Not fault of Best Buy.

This cable is only for fitbit alta. Try to not to lose it. It is still too expensive.

No problems with this at all. Perfect to replace the one that I broke after 2 years. I tried a knockoff but it broke within one week so I'm glad I went for the Fitbit brand again.

Does exactly what its supposed to do. I was uncertain if it would work or not - the item it was to charge was given to me but with no charger. I took a chance & whala - PERFECT!

This is an excellent replacement cable for the Fitbit Alta. There are less expensive units on the market, but I rely on the quality products that I purchase at Best Buy.

My wife bought her Fitbit Alta, and within minutes of removing it from the package, it snapped. We bought this charger and though it is Fitbit product, it seems to be made much better.

Seems to work just like a plug should - attach it to the fitbit and plug it in.

I went out of town and forgot my Fitbit Alta charger. Best Buy saved the day by having a charger that I could purchase separately. Now I have a spare charger for my travels!

My old one did not connect so I was looking for a new one. This one seems a good quality. It seems it will last long time.

I got this cable due to the original being misplaced. The cable seem to working as well as the original cable. Time will tell.

After 2 years my Fitbit charger broke. Ordered one online and licked it up next day in store. In and out within 5 mins. Perfect replacement, not a knock off.

The charger that came with my Fitbit Alta lasted 2 months. Purchased a replacement (too long for company to take care of. Need my daily steps!) This charger is great so far!

I use this charger at work while I use the one that came with my Fitbit at home. Works great. Only thing missing is the little button you press and hold to reset Fitbit.

The charges do break easily, but was able to go purchase a new one which works fine (until the flip part decides to break again-only downside)

Bought this charging cable for my step daughter. She’s used it for a month and has worked well. I haven’t heard any complaints.

This little charger is a bit smaller than the original that came with the product. It works from day one. It is quite sturdy and I have no problems so far.

The only thing that would make this better is for it to be longer
