I was in Ballwin, MO when my son and daughter in law had a baby. I had left my Ionic cable at home in IL. I was at the nearest Best Buy when the doors opened. Several employees made sure I got the correct cable so my Ionic would continue to be charged. They even reminded me I had points to use!

The Fitbit Ionic charger works exceptionally well. It is easy to connect and disconnect with ease. It chargers the device very rapidly.

I bought this as a second cable to use while I commute. I don't trust after market cables. This one works great!

It works and charges the watch rapidly. The only down side is the cable looses connection depending on the way you lay the watch lays during charges.

I lost my cord and was forced to purchase another one. This is better quality than the original. It’s much more use friendly.

I've bought a couple of no-name replacements for this on Amazon. They work okay, but don't stay connected as good as the FitBit brand. I use the off-brand ones to carry around in my car for backup, but keep this one at home for full charging.

I needed this cable as I was traveling and left my cable at home. This is now my extra charging cable for my Fitbit but is OEM so it works perfectly without issue. Thankful that Best Buy had them in stock.

I traveled out of state recently and soon realized i had forgotten my Fitbit Ionic charger. All i needed to do was find my nearest Best Buy and i was back in business...lol...Now I have a back up charger.

I love this cable! I have had many different Fitbits and out of all the charging cords this one is the best. I love the magnetic piece that grabs a hold of the charging port. It's so easy to use!

I purchased this because I lost my cable that came with the watch. I was expecting a knock off but it looked like the one I lost and it works like the one I lost. So don't knock it until you try it.

My Fitbit wouldn’t turn on and I tried my original charger. I did all of the troubleshooting and got nothing. I decided to try a new charger prior to purchasing a new watch and it worked!

You're only using this to charge your Fitbit Ionic (most likely because you forgot to bring it with you on vacation) and it's either going to work or not work - this one works!

I bought this because I tend to not realize my watch needs to be charged and it dies on me. I actually have two of these: one in the car and one in the office.

It's nice to have a second charging cable for travel. I put it in my suitcase so I don't forget it. Works same as my factory cable that came with the Fitbit

Good replacement charger. It does well. Unfortunately the watch sucks. Only if the watch was as good and reliable as the charger.

This charging cable was a life saver when I was traveling and forgot to pack the cable that came with my watch. It functions as well as the original cable.
