I love my fitbit ionic. Although it is an older model that I believe is no longer made it still functions. The only gripe I have is why does fitbit have to make certain chargers for their lines of bands? It is a pain to have to make sure that I have this certain charging cord for this certain watch if not there goes $20 plus on getting another cord. Also would like to see a wireless charging function but that'll cost the company sales I guess. Think I may look into other options if this watch decides to not work anymore.

If you need a cable to charge your Fitbit then this is the most amazing cable I have EVER seen. Long, black, smooth and works perfectly. Current flows through it and enters your Fitbit filling it with juice until it can’t take anymore. Don’t wait until you need a new one get it now so you can enjoy it as long as possible. Simply outstanding! Overpriced for sure but just wait til you get your hands on it, you’ll be so glad you did.

The Fitbit cable charges my Fitbit ionics watch perfectly

So, I was worried that I wouldn't be able to use my fitbit because I lost my cable, thankfully I remembered Best Buy and they carry this type of item and I could pick it up in hours. The 5 stars are for the store and availability, not the cable. The break down is for fitbit and their cable design.

It works and charges my Ionic perfectly fine. If anything, a longer cable would have been nice.

Purchased the charging cord since my Fitbit would not charge. Turns out the Fitbit itself was defective - and happily still under warranty thus NC exchange from Fitbit. Consequently, I returned the charging cord the day of purchase to Best Buy.

This cable works great for charging my Fitbit Ionic exercise watch. I misplaced my original cable while traveling, and this saved my exercise watch from being rendered useless. The only problem I have with it is that when I am not using it, I would like to form it into a coil and hang it on the wall and it doesn't want to form into that shape so I have to use a twist tie when I want to hang it up. The original one didn't have that problem.

Magnet can be flimsy at times when charging....think you’re charging but it’s possible that you’re not due to the magnet

As far as the product goes can't say much more than it works just like it's supposed to. As far as Best buy goes it's always nice to be around one because you know you will always get quality products. We go there for the small stuff as well as the large stuff.

I purchased a Fitbit Ionic charge after misplacing my previous one. I was able to locate the charger online and pick it up on the same day. The website was easy to use and hassle-free. the product is working great!
