The album, due out Tuesday on Streamline/Columbia/Interscope, represents the latest pop dalliance with the Great American Songbook, something Mr. Bennett, probably more than anyone, knows all about. It also suggests a determinedly classy reboot for Lady Gaga, whose most recent solo release, “Artpop,” fell short of her usual blockbuster standards, delivering no transcendent single on the level of “Bad Romance.” From a distance, the collaboration can look like a tactical maneuver for both artists.

This is a really smooth, wonderful, and mellow CD. Tony Bennet has always been a great crooner, but who knew Lady Gaga had such a wonderful singing voice? It's remarkable how well their voices blend together for a splendid hour of some of my favorite tunes. An absolute must for lovers of this kind of music.

I've seen tv appearances by Tony and Gaga, singing selections from this latest collaboration of Cheek to Cheek. Their song selections are entertaining, and their mutual respect as performers makes anything they do together quality work. I will be purchasing my own copy of Cheek to Cheek soon..

Tony Bennett is a great jazz singer, and Lady Gaga is best known for her pop songs; no one could have predicted that these two vocalists would collaborate on this wonderful, new jazz album. These two artists have produced quality songs that introduce jazz to a younger audience.

Having been a long time fan of Tony Bennett, I was pleasantly surprised that he would team up with Lady Gaga...and what a surprise... they both have wonderful voices singing some old favorites of mine. What a wonderful combination of generations and styles.

Filled with songs that you can understand the words ! Tony Bennett AND Gaga. Two talents from different generations that come together and make great music. I have several Tony Bennett collaborations - this is by far the BEST!

I was surprised to hear Tony Bennet and Lady Gaga teamed up for this CD. Hopefully this will get younger listeners to appreciate different styles of music. Great duo and sounds terrific!!

Bought as a gift for my 85-year-old in-laws. They like it as much as I do. Great music from two distinct voices from two widely separated generations.

If you love either or both of these artists, if you love well-executed takes on classic songs, or if you just love chill upbeat music, you need this CD.

This is one of the best musical collaborations ever! Who would have thought Gaga and Bennett! There are no other words to describe, just love!

I did not give an excellent mostly because some songs others have done with Tony were done if not better differently, so I would have to do a side by side to move my grade up but overall very good

I was leery since I was less than thrilled with GaGa's previous offering but this album is such a nice change of pace!
