    This steamer is mechanical and simple to operate - fill the well with a little water, plug it in, add food to baskets, turn dial and let it steam. Just be careful when removing the cover or you might get a steam burn.

    Very nice steamer. Serving size is 1-2 people. You can't put much in either container. It won't steam if the holes are covered, and the holes are covered with anything you put in there.
