Cooks food great build quality sucks!

The screws on the handle broke off about the 4th time I used this. Had it about month, tried to bring it back and Best Buy said too bad since I didn't buy the warranty. Still works, just can't really lift the baskets out because of the faulty handle.

Thinking of trying to shake them up half way through cooking to see if that helps. Very hopeful as I appreciate not using oil to cook them.
