I’ve owned this a year and a half and bought it because of the large basket size. Like another reviewer the Teflon coating started to come off both the basket in the container the basket sat in. I continued to use it just coating it with oil each time but then last week it started to smoke and smelled like plastic was burning. I took it outside and let it cool down and tried it a day later. It would not even turn on anymore. Not a good experience.

My machine worked great...for 2 weeks and then it stopped. I took it back and exchanged it for another to give it another try. Was happy about it while it worked.

Makes good tater tots and fish sandwiches. Guessing cook time is hard

This air fryer is big, and it works okay for a few months, after that, it begins to rust. After owning this for less than a year, the heating element broke, and actually caught on fire. Not good.

We thought we'd try an air fryer to see if we could eat healthier. Made my famous buffalo chicken egg rolls from scratch. Would have been amazing if this thing actually heated up. We had a few egg rolls in there for almost 45 minutes. It wasn't even hot in the middle yet. So sad. We really were hoping for it to work. Returned the item.

I personally did not like this I used it once and ended up returning it. I tried making chicken and fries, used the time they recommended (25mins) and the chicken was still raw, I put them again another 25 mins and then they were fully cooked, for the fries I put half the batch full and only the top was burnt the middle and bottom was still raw just like I put them in. Basically I felt like you could only put one layer at a time. What do you do with all the extra space in the pot then

after finally getting the burning chemical candle smell out of the machine , we were able to use it maybe 3 times before it STOPPED WORKING!!!! it seems like the heating element went out!!!! We have not even used 12 times and IT BROKE!!!!!

Had to return this due to the display going out. Will not be getting another air fryer. Luckily I had the protection plan.

Not the best.. does work great but the coating for the basket is coming off

Loved the product while it worked.... great for making lots of different meals.... after 2 months of use.... won’t work anymore.
