After a little a bought it didn't work anymore. I tried to contact them for warranty but nothing. Definitely do no buy this brand, it is a peace of junk with a a very poor customer service.

Does not perform well

It was not all dried out; I was very impressed, very nice features with a very large basket! Got it on sale for 99.99... Great Deal.. BUY IT...you will be very happy with this one!!

Long Lasting.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We've had this air fryer for about 6 years. No issues with it, other than the non stick coating beginning to scrape off. We use this at least 3 or 4 times per week. Great air fryer.

Broke after 5 uses in less than a month

We loved the product while it worked. The element sparked/flamed/burned out in less than a month/5 uses. We tried to get it replaced with the manufacturer's 12-month warranty but the website provided doesn't even exist. The website listed for Superior Home Essentials, Inc. also doesn't work. The email address provided for customer service doesn't work and my email bounced back. There is no phone number to contact. I am beyond frustrated that I spent over $100 on something that I now just have to throw away and can't replace.

Stopped working and no customer support

No responses from the manufacturer web page, 800 number and email. Very displeased that I spent $140 on something with no customer support. I see other posts with the same issue from others but yet Bestbuy won't do anything to help.
