Customers are saying
Customers often highlight the ease of use, delicious food quality, and the surprisingly good value for the price of the 2.5L Analog Air Fryer. Many appreciate the low oil usage and the crispness achieved, resulting in food that tastes as good as deep-fried alternatives. However, some find the cooking basket to be on the smaller side, limiting the amount of food that can be cooked at once. A few users also mention some minor issues with the timer's functionality.

Great! Healthy cooking!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this air fryer! I have used it about 6 times so far. The suggested cooking time is not accurate. When cooking chicken pieces, I've made it 3 times so far. It says 30 minutes, but I find that an hour is more accurate for it to be fully cooked/more crispy. I could fit about 5-6 pieces of chicken at a time. The max setting on the cooking timer is 30 minutes then it turns off, so I have to set it for another 30 minutes. The first 40-45 minutes set it at 360 degrees, then last 15-20 minutes I turn it up to the max setting which is 390. It taste like baked chicken with a fried chicken crunch.. I've also made hot wings, fish, chicken nuggets, fries. I usually use cooking spay on the bottom of basket before I put the food in, then spay the top of the food the last 10-15 minutes of cooking. Its suggested to add about a spoonful of oil in the bottom for more crunch, but i don''t feel it helps, it just sit there I feel the cooking spray is better. I read other reviews before buying, so far, I haven't experienced any rust or peeling on the bottom/cooking surface. To clean i wipe with soft side of sponge only, no abrasive products! If food is stuck on it, soak bottom part of the pull out basket only in another contains with warm water, 10 minutes max. It usually soften up by then and wipes off easily. NEVER SOAK/ PUT THE BOTTOM HALF OF THE PULL OUT IN WATER!! If food is stuck on that inside part, I have put maybe 1/2 cup warm on the bottom to loosen the food then soak it up with sponge and wipe clean. I NEVER LET WATER TOUCH THE SHINY METAL PARTS INSIDE!!! To be clear. It's 2 parts to the pull out bottom. When you pull it out, it's also a basket that you take out that part.

Love my Airfryer!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wasn't sure about cooking with an airfryer but I am so glad I gave it a shot! It seriously is the best thing I've bought in a long time! I use it every day! The food comes out perfect and cleanup is a breeze! Cutting down on fat is a pretty awesome bonus too!

Great Air Fryer!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had been looking out for an air fryer. Best Buy had on sell for $39. Figure I would give it a try. I loaded up the bin with frozen steak fries for my first use. The steak fries did not turn out too well. Next time will spray them will cooking oil. Next, I fried up some brussel sprouts, sprayed oil oil, seasoned with salt and pepper. They turned out ok. Next time will try boiling the Brussels sprouts, let cool, then get. Fried chicken was next up on my test. I coated flour over the chicken, then dipped in egg mix, then seasoned flour mix. Placed the chicken in Air Fryer bin, sprayed with olive oil. Cooked for about 20 minutes, then turned the chicken over and cooked for another 5 minutes. Chicken came out fantastic. Almost as good as deep oil fried chicken. Could not even tell the difference of chicken not being fried in oil. Seen some bad reviews of this product. Time will tell if this product holds up. Some have said the metal chips. So, I will wash carefully. Others have said died after a couple of uses. So hope mine last. I would have to give this product 2 thumbs up. Beyond my expectations for my first use.

Healthy way of fried foods

Great little cooker
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Since getting this, my wife and I have had most of our meals with it. It's quite nice! The size is rather small, so it wouldn't be good for large numbers of people. Also, it says it cuts the oven time in half but I haven't seen that as accurate, so really it becomes a countertop miniature convention oven since it takes just as long. However, clean up is easy so that's nice. Pro tip: spritz the food with a bit of oil before cooking. It isn't required, but it does make thing just a touch better.

Great instant fryer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This air fryer is one one the best purchases I made in a while. This is the alternative to microwave and provides more of a fresher outcome than microwave. I cook anything from fries to steak to seafood and it comes out tasting like it was freshly prepared. All this without the hassle of oil involved. It's much more of a healthier option and food taste great. I can just about cool anything with a turn of a dial. Would recommend to everybody who doesn't want the hassle of a mess and cleaning up.

Great air fryer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really like this fryer. Does what it's supposed to! We bought it specifically to make wings and it does an excellent job. They go from frozen to crispy in 30 minutes perfectly, just shake them once in awhile. Also great for heating leftovers, the pizza comes out good also. You don't need the fancy digital ones, this is timer and temp., done!!

Works well for healthy eating
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am always looking for ways to eat and cook healthier and this unit was perfect. It makes everything perfect and crispy. I read the book that comes with it and pretty much tossed that out the same day. All the recipes are a waste of time for me and I noticed that pretty much everything cooks at the same temp (MAX) and you just set the timer! Frozen to cooked without drying out the food. I use NO oil at all and the foods comes out perfect!

Tastes almost as good as fried!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was skeptical about these air fryers, but the Chefman Express Air Fryer delivers. Quick, and easy to use, it will cook your fries crispy on the outside and potato-ey on the inside using a small fraction of the oil you would normally use. Works great with chicken wings, mozzarella sticks, shrimp etc. etc.

Great Value
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This air fryer is cheaper compare to other brand. But it still can do the job. It is easy to use and easy to clean up. My only complain is a small cooking space.

Delivers and then some
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have really enjoyed using this air fryer. Very easy to clean very easy to maintain. I have cooked many items such as vegetables, flank steaks, fried chicken, fried shrimp, as well as french fries, and sweet potato fries. I would have given it a five star rating however you have to be very delicate with inside basket. It is very easy to bend and must be hand washed or very carefully used in a dishwasher.

Great little fryer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We got this on sale during Black Friday 2017. It's small and that's exactly what we wanted. It's just me and my wife so we don't need a gigantic one. However, don't be fooled either. It's still big and takes up a good amount of space. It's bigger than our rice cooker. It cooks great for what it says it does! It's not as great as an oil deep fryer, but hopefully it's more healthy. It's definitely easier to clean than an oil deep dryer that's for certain. The one small complaint would be the cord length. I know it's for safety issues, but it's short! We had to rearrange quite a bit of stuff on our kitchen counter to accommodate for that issue.

Wait For it to go on Sale
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've actually used this quite a bit so I think my review is fair. First, this little guy is super easy to use. Put stuff in the basket, turn the knob and let it cook. Cleanup is also super easy. It says dishwasher safe but the most I've had to do with the non-stick surface is hot water and maybe the soft side of the sponge. This is basically a tiny convection oven. If you don't have a convection oven then this is really a nice way to experience the benefits. However, I have a convection oven so I am familiar with the concept. In my opinion this is not an actual fryer like what they try to say. In order for anything to cook to a "fried" result, it has to be turned up to the highest temperature setting and it has to have a lot of its own fat or oil. For example, fresh chicken wings or tater tots (really great tater tots) can be crisped up just fine. However, if you want to make fresh french fries, you will probably be disappointed even if you toss them with oil before you start. I also tried some deep fried favorites like egg rolls, breaded zucchini and mozzarella sticks but none of those worked very well at all. It makes a good re-heat unit if you don't mind waiting a lot longer, even at the highest temp, for your food to get done. I would much rather re-heat a slice of pizza in this than a microwave for example. It works great for baked foods you would normally make in an oven like stuffed potato skins, chicken breast etc. because like I said, it's just a small convection oven. The really great thing is if you would normally heat up the oven to bake chicken, you can do it in this little oven and not heat up the kitchen and it uses less energy than using the big oven. Bottom line is that I like it, but don't expect it to "fry" anything like good old fashioned oil. It's nice to have and I'm glad I got it, but if I had paid full price, it would have been packed up and taken back.

Very Affordable for the Curious at Mind...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Late night infomercials sparked my husband's curiosity, but we were both on the fence when it came to the pricing on the air fryers we had seen. This model sat next to a $200 Phillips model at our local Best Buy, so we compared the two in size and features, which appeared to be the same. Our best guess was that the more familiar name is what contributed to the price difference, not to mention the fact that other stores were selling this model for around $100+/-, so $70 was the most affordable if we were ever going to try this new way of cooking out. We're giving this 5 stars because it delivers healthier "fried" food just like all the other more expensive models promise, but for more than half the price! These days it seems to cost so much more to eat and live healthier, so kudos to Best Buy! The fryer itself is easy to use and comes with instructions that are easy to read and understand. We started off with the basics- french fries and chicken nuggets, lol, but there's so much more we've yet to try! My best tip would be to expreiment with different items and amounts. Our fries were much crispier the second time around by putting less in the drawer part, so I think it's safe to say that you'll find your favorite items cooked to perfection through trial and error. It's certainly worth your time for the price you'll pay to eat healthier...and oh yeah, clean up is a piece of cake since there's not grease splatter from cooking or spills trying to store grease for future use!
