Nice addition to the kitchen for ir for party !!!!

Best Buy's product specifications for this deep fryer stated: "has a large capacity ... and food capacity (6.6 lbs)." This was false! There is no way this particular fryer would cook 6.6 lbs of food at one time; the food capacity is more like 2 lbs. The discrepancy was obvious when we saw the appliance in person and read the accompanying manual. We had ordered the item online for pickup in store. Upon discovering the vast difference between representation and fact, we returned it for a refund without ever leaving the store service counter. What a waste of time and gasoline.

I ordered this online. It arrived and was all dented. I really didn't like the fact that the heating element was directly in the oil you would use to fry. I returned and got a different one by a different company.

To me Takes long time to fry. Fryer is difficult to claim heating system sits in the oil. I’m going back to cooking on the stove!

The first thing that I noticed was that the pan appeared to be just slightly damaged in shipping. Two little dents where the black coating came off. The box had a small indention too. I set it all up and the instructions were simple. plugged it in and no response. No lights, no noting. after i filled the pan with oil thinking it needed oil in the pan to work, wrong again. Back to the store, and I guess I will have to bake the chicken I bought. Oh well.

Picked it up at the store, it was a gift for a relative. Opened it up a month later, not working at all. Contacted BestBuy, over the 15 days. Contacted the manufacturer, off and on responses for 5 months. Filed a claim with the credit card and got my money back

I got this and got home and it was broke Took back to get a replacement and non in the store they had to order me one and was to ship to me and it has not came yet a week later. did not give me a tracking number to get it

Bought it on-line in January 2017, now is March 14, and Best Buy won't take it back because is over two weeks and I had to sign up for the GeekSquad coverage. Contacted manufacturer for a refund /exchange

I bought this on January 2, 2017 and it worked good while it lasted. Unfortunately it lasted only two months. I'm in the process of trying to get it fixed or getting me a new deep fryer.

I had this product for less than two weeks before I started having trouble. It would not keep its temperature. I would have to unplug it and plug it back in to keep the temperature up.

Getting this thing started was confusing. I couldn't understand the instructions and it was just weird controls.

I purchase this item thinking that will be a good thing to have......no!, this is a piece of garbage.

I like to eat fried potatoes and i got what i want so far. I got it on flash sale and it is a great deal to buy. I am happy to use it now and my friends love it.

This is a great quick-and-dirty deep fryer. I haven't used it long enough to speak to the longevity issues others reported, but so far works for me.

This unit seemed to have an intermittent problem on first use, but it came on and worked fine. The next time it wouldn't power on at all. I'll return it and try another one, but it seems this product has quality control issues.

I bought this last year for the frying I do on Christmas Eve and it did not turn on. So disappointed. Never thought to try a brand new item out so it was too late to return. Waste of my money.

I've bought 2 of these and neither one worked. Customer service guy was so rude to me when I returned the second one
