Keeps hot foods warm and looks sharp doing it

At less than half the $70 retail price, there is value in the end product. It does a decent job of keeping your hot foods warm, without overheating them. One reservation that I have is the "collar" or tray which holds the 3 warming dishes. It has a flimsiness to it which doesn't seem to be in-line with the rest of the product. Also, be warned: the machined metal has razor sharp edges, so be sure to handle the edge with care!
