Customers regard the Toast-Air 6-Slice Convection Toaster Oven + Air Fryer favorably, particularly praising its ease of use, air frying capabilities, and compact size. Many appreciate its affordability and performance, with positive feedback on baking and toasting functions. THIS THING. I use this air fryer almost every day, and it is still going strong. I love how many options it has and the size is perfect for my apartment. I use this for almost anything I might use my oven for, but no need to waste time heating that big thing up when this air fryer gets the job done quick.

after buying 2 other brands that failed, i didn’t have high hopes it worked properly, but I’m glad I took the chance.
Works really well for my needs. Directions say to not use aluminum foil.. tried once anyway with a piece of pizza I wanted to reheat.. there’s a breeze that goes on in there and it blew the foil up. I still have foil wrapped around the bottom drip pan, but I have it wrapped pretty well and it stays in place.. hate grease drips!
There is no indicator that tells you when it’s hit your target temp, so i just use my oven thermometer.. heats up pretty fast..
It’s a little bigger than I expected, but it still fits under my cupboards on my counter top.
I would buy it again.

I can toast, convection bake, regular bake, and air fry all in one easy to clean gadget that fits nicely on the counter top.
This is very easy to clean - slide out the used trays (air fry tray/grease catcher/rack), wash, and if needed wipe out the appliance interior. Toaster crumb tray available as well.
The first time I used this like any new appliance, I tested it without food - and it smelled like burning rubber, was concerned for the minute that it lasted, then the smell disappeared with no further issues.

What a great deal! Purchased this during a Deal of the Day for my 83 yr old mom. She loves it! She prefers using this for cooking vs a traditional stove. She has cooked fish and chicken drumsticks and wings so far, all unbattered which came out very good! She was able to get rid of her little toaster oven and replace it with this one. It's a pretty deep unit but still fits on her kitchen counter just fine. If you can get this on sale I say go for it. Nice and sturdy stainless steel.

My wife didn't want something taking up a lot of counter space and yet always liked the idea of a toaster oven. One day this showed up on sale via email. I wasn't too much bigger than the basic toaster we had as far as counter space so we gave it a shot. In short, we love it! It does so much! We toast things, and convection cook lots of stuff - baked potatoes and elephant garlic - the house smelled great! ; ) I DO pull it out from the wall when I convection cook as it vents out the back and it gets hot! The only other nick picky thing is the labels on the dial are hard for my old eyes to read, but now I just know where the dials need to be and it's fine. It really is a great little addition to our kitchen.

Powerful good size oven much better than the small Cuisinart airfryer oven I bought and returned for almost the same price. This oven has it all - airfryer, convection bake and broil, toaster and conventional bake and broil. Excellent crisp on all kinds of food when using the airfryer setting.

PRO: it is easy to use.
CON:
1) It is not as big as the manufacturer's advertisement photo shows. And you can only turn it on with the timer.
2) You can't preset a temperature without using the timer.

With all the options out there, I did a little research before I decided which air fryer to purchase and I think it paid off. Quieter than my microwave, perfect size and I can see my food before I take it out. I LOVE IT!!!

as you see in my photo ,, i have a few,, all bought from bestbuy ,, i got this chefman on sale for the design of the oven area ,, it has more space for better heat flow for air frying .. and you can spread the food out on the nice big basket ,, that is way better than the black bella airfrying that i got earlier this year .. the enclosed bella baskets just packs the food all together and only has a plate on the bottom that really restricts airflow which i began to dislike ... so i then got this chefman ...
also ,, i was thinking the chefman might replace the great Beville oven that i been using for many years now ,, but i also wanted something that was a better airfryer .. however the chefman broil option does not work since new ,, but it work ok air frying ,, so i am experimenting alot to see if it may replace the brevelle ... but for now i am keeping both .. and likely give away free the bella airfryers ..
this being a cheeper toaster/oven/broiler ,, it does not seen to have good higher temp control ,, and other issues that other reviewer have posted .. but as i air fry meats in lieu of broiling ,, it is less a mess to clean the fat dripping are lot farther away from the top heater elements .. so there are pros and cons ,,, thus i would keep this just for the fact of cooking more food at the same time when needed ..

I had a four slice toaster that finally came out on me after 16 years! So I didn’t want another toaster I wanted an air fryer toaster convection oven. Which I’ve seen plenty of people enjoy. So I found this one and I really liked it including the cost of it. The only thing I don’t like is the light makes it hot.

Love love love this multi purpose oven! It cooks hotter than the temperature gauge so I just turn down the heat to make my meals but it's a PERFECT size to cook for a small number of people without heating the entire kitchen. I've used it to fry, bake, reheat pizza, toast, everything I need. I even purchased one for my mother.

The Chefman ToastAir is definitely a clever gadget. Having tried all the settings, I can confidently say that they all work well, in my opinion. I think the stand-out features here are really the convection settings and the air-fryer setting. Personally, I think the convection settings are superior to the regular settings for bake and broil. That's not to say the regular settings don't work, but I'm not sure when I would choose to use the non-convection settings over the convection ones. Convection cooks more efficiently. There are also fewer issues with grease or oil causing any spatters or smoking in the small space of the oven on these settings. Overall, there has not been anything I've tried cooking in this oven that I was unhappy cooking in it. This is not my dad's toaster oven. I mean that quite literally. I hate his toaster oven. It's super hot on the outside, it takes forever, it doesn't fit more than a single piece of pizza or sandwich well, and I get confused by the controls. I always said I'd never want a toaster oven after using that fire waiting to happen. BUT, this one is fast, roomy enough, the controls make sense, and I love that it has a light you can use while cooking to take a look-see. It does get a bit hot on the outside, but not as bad as I expected. Small kids should probably be carefully observed with this thing. Oh, and while the description here says 6 slices of toast, the booklet for my unit said it fits 4 slices. I think it really depends on your bread, to be honest.
Detailed breakdown follows.
What to expect: It is a medium size box that fits on the counter, though it's a tad bigger on the outside than I expected it to be. Still, it fits under the cupboards with enough room (2" of space is reccommended, as the little unit does give off some pretty good heat.) It comes with a basket for the fryer setting, a small baking sheet, and a rack. The baking sheet is a little disappointing, as I'm sure it will be filthy in no time at all. Without any kind on non-stick treatment, the shiny finish is likely to suffer from excess oil and splatters quickly. I started experimenting with some of my smaller pans on the wire rack to avoid cooking on the baking sheet and having to clean it, because that is a bit of a pain. A circular cake pan or small rectangular pan can fit fine on the rack. For using the air-fryer, you'll have to put the basket on the given baking sheet, however.
The interior is not huge--and that is both why the oven works well (it gets hot fast, and circulates hot air efficiently) but also why it's a little annoying. There are limits to what you can make in the oven. That said, it works well as an extra unit for various purposes. I've successfully fit a small pie pumpkin in there for roasting, four hot dog buns (with room to spare) for warming, four large potatoes for baking, a half a bag or so of tater tots / pizza rolls to heat up. I've also reheated 6 pieces of fried chicken in the air fryer basket, and comfortably fit a pint of brussels sprouts and a head of broccoli in the basket as well. Works really well for two people, side dishes, or making snacks.
Functions:
Warm: great for reheating without dessicating food (so long as your a little patient) or thawing bread products (homemade frozen waffles came out nice--far better than microwaving them and less crunchy than toasting). Probably would work well for drying herbs too, though I normally do basil at 180 rather than 200, the lowest setting here.
Toast: Does the toast thing. Can be a little exuberant. A bagel on medium was a bit too much for my taste. Half-way between light and medium was better.
Bake and Broil: On the regular setting, these work well. Heats up very fast. But, it can get a little smoky or steamy in there on these settings. Some cheese and bread on "bake" make for a nice fast grilled cheese without the butter. We tried heating up some cookies from the freezer on regular bake; that did not work well. We've had no problem going freezer to oven with frozen (homemade) cookie dough portions in the past with the regular oven. On bake, these were a disaster (we didn't try them on convection bake). The oven just got too hot too fast, and this affirmed my sense that the standard bake feature is not the star attraction.
Convection Bake and Broil: Better, in my opinion, than the regular settings. Efficient and even heating. Worked great for roasting a pumpkin (convection bake), baked potatoes (convection bake), hot dogs (convection broil), tater tots and pizza rolls (convection bake). The simple toasted cheese and bread works well too--very quick, and you can make two or three sandwiches, or probably toast two medium subs in here. I think this oven will be fantastic in the summer when I don't want to turn on the big oven, or for making snacks as the pre-heat is so fast. Baking potatoes in here at 375 or 400 to speed them while cooking a steak more gently in my regular oven also allows for greater control. I do have a convection feature in my big oven, but this is still faster for smaller jobs, and it feels much less dumb to do a small batch of fries or a toasted sandwich in this little shiny box than in the big oven. Great for two people, or for needing extra room. I could see this quite handy on holidays, when I sometimes run out of room in my oven if it's packed with a big bird and a bunch of sides.
Air Fryer: This is pretty cool. I have not fully explored this yet, but it seems to work well. I tried using it on veggies--the recipe booklet reccomends this for brussels sprouts and bacon. I happened to have those things, so I tried their recipe. I added some broccoli too, as I needed more veg. It came out great, though the recipe indicated it would need far more time than it did. I also made some sweet potato fries (from actual raw potatoes) and this worked really well--better than I've ever managed to do deep frying sweet potatoes, and I've tried every trick. With this, I cut them, toasted them in oil to coat, put them in the basked, and turned on the air fryer. A short time (20 mins for a small batch) later, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Figuring out temps for air frying is a little trial and error, but I'm excited to try more different things. I may finally make some decent kale chips with this. (We'll see.)
All in all, I was interested in this because it had the air fryer function and could do a bunchh of other things. I think it's worth it if you want that functionality. If you really just want to reheat pizza or toast, you could go with something simpler. But this is a real little workhorse for your kitchen.

Good product. I fried 3 whole red snapper in there, so it's pretty spacious.. about 11" × 12"1/4 ... Fries nice & crispy. And the convection bake is good too.. it's pretty easy to use also. I recommend rubbing a little oil on some things so they don't dry out. I don't keep it on the counter yet, but I use it so often now, I'm about to make space.

I originally really love the air fryer, I’ve had it for two years now it was bought in July 20 21. Today while using it all of a sudden it started to tip over the plastic feet at the bottom, melted into the surface of the air fryer fire hazard, My luck is that it’s on a granite countertop.

Absolutely love it. It bakes just as good if not better than my oven. Every function works wonderful. I know people say is hard to clean the trays but I just put foil to keep it from getting dirty. That’s not hard to do. Love it!
