The window is nice as I don’t have to open it and release the heat that’s built up to look at what I’m cooking. Only complaint is it doesn’t shut easily, I usually have to be forceful or hold it steady when putting the tray back for it to be totally closed.

Closing difficult

Got it on sale and could not beat the price. Many others complained about when closing it, that it was a bit difficult. I was like they must be weak and cannot close something that is simple. But it is truly a pain to shove the draw in a closed position. You have to kind of slam it shut. I can deal with it but it is annoying. I had another fryer which closed smoothly. If you get it at a good price then you will need to work on your biceps and slam it every time. Kind of a good way to take out your frustrations. Lol

Great Little Machine

I'm very happy that I made this purchase. I love having the window so I can view the contents as it is cooking to make sure it doesn't cook too long. So far, it has met my expectations.

Easy to clean. I really like that I can see the food and don't have to open it to know it isn't over browning.

I purchased this for my oldest son , he like it. The drawer does close properly , you just have to use both hands to close it properly.
