Love the viewing window, the extra large size and digital pre-set buttons. It's easy enough to change pre-sets by reducing the temp OR the time. For some reason, trying to change both doesn't work (after changing one, it reverts back to pre-set when trying to change the other leaving you with a choice of changing temp OR time.) Not too much of a big deal for me but may be for others.

Great machine! Very quiet and so easy to clean. Very impressed with it's performance. Big enough to cook two or three items. Have used it for pizzas, lasagna, sweet potatoes fries, and English squash. Hope to fix a chicken in it next week. All in all very happy.

Love my Air Fryer! Love the big viewing window. It is not that loud at all. Easy to use and the 8 quart basket is a generous amount for cooking. Can cook two Cornish hens with no problem in there. Highly Recommend. Clean up is easy too.

The Chefman 8 qt Airfryer works exactly as advertised. Be warned it is big, but it's family size at 8 quarts. Digital controls, with a window to view the food as it is being warmed. Burn your food only if you don't watch until you know the unit, and food time when preparing it. Rating for Foods we have prepared on a 5 Scale: French Fries "5" at 18 Minutes/30 minutes for fresh potatoes you cut up, and Filet Tips "5" at 16 minutes. What's really impressive this unit?It's the clean up time. Clean up is a breeze with the non-stick container/pan. I would order it again, and knowing what I know about this unit, I would have payed the full price if it were not on sale at the time. You can't go wrong with this purchase. The food is much better and healthier.

Purchased this on a deal of the day promotion. Bought for my Wife and daughter. Both were really excited to open it up and use it! It works well, and you can see the food through the cover, which is nice. I gave it 5 stars, as I could not select 4&1/2. This is due to the fact it took it over 12 uses for the Initial ‘smell’ of the cooking and breaking in process, to abate. I could ‘taste’ the electronic smell in some of the food, the first few times. According to the users manual, this was normal, but not for over a dozen times. Just an FYI to any person purchasing this. I Would recommend this fryer.

This air fryer has been a great addition to our kitchen tools. It makes great French fries and is a fantastic tool to reheat certain foods (bbq meats) as it is basically a small oven. It heats up fast and does its work relatively quietly. Cleanup is simple if a bit cumbersome due to the large bin and my small sink area. The viewing window and capacitive touch buttons are great! Caught it on Deal of the Day sale for about $70 and haven't regretted the purchase. As I learn new recipes I'm sure my affinity for the product will only grown.

Must have! Great size for family of 4. We use it daily. Love the window. Makes cooking and clean up easy. Doesn’t heat up the house in the summer! Did I mention we use it daily :) They always go on sale. Pick one you like and keep your eye on it. This is our second one. Last one was 6qt. We wanted something bigger and the 8qt is perfect!

I love this air fryer! It’s a good size for the family, works well, and has a window you can watch your food being cooked!

This is our first air fryer and we were blown away by its magic! It literally cooks everything we eat in our meal, gyoza, chicken fillet, fish fillet, whole fish, potatoes, with much less hassle. With this little helper, we can now use much less oil (just toss a little bit of oil into the food to give the moisture we like, but you can skip the oil if all you want is crisp crust texture), have a cleaner stovetop, more efficient use of the kitchen space as we can make different dishes at the same time, and more free time as we don't need to watch it cook. The half time alarm works as designed to remind you to flip the contents. The touch buttons are no brainer; they have a picture indicates what food to cook at a set time and temp, which are both adjustable as well. It did trip our circuit breaker when we first used it with our electric kettle. Something to be cautious about. ** No cooking spray in the bucket. It's also mentioned in the manual as it can ruin the interior surface.

Love it. Plenty of room. Digital so you’re in complete control. Window is a nice feature. Only issue is the runner pads came off the bottom tray. Waiting for Chefman to reply to email.

I picked this up as a deal of the day for around $60 bucks and so far it’s been a great purchase. Easy to use, works great, and has a lot of space. I especially like that the unit has a viewing window so you can see how things are cooking. This is very useful since things cook faster than in the oven. The only thing I would caution anyone on is the size of the unit. This unit doesn’t fit in any cabinets I have. It’s probably 16 inches tall, wide, and deep.

This is our second Air Fryer and it is light years past the one we got three years ago. The reason is that it is super easy to clean. Our old one had a wire basket that was way hard to get clean. This just has a metal plate that sits in the bottom of the canister and it comes clean very easily. We also really like the window. We neve set the Air Fryer. Just eyeball how the food is cooking and go from there. This unit is also very quiet.

Decent air fryer that is large enough for any meal. The issue is when you open the door, it doesn't turn off, it keeps running. I'm not an expert, but I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to do this. Maybe they have a newer model that fixes the issue or maybe there was a recall that I'm not aware of. Anyway it makes it hard to recommend because of this problem. But it does work well and is much better than using the microwave or having to use the oven.

We love this air fryer! So much that we bought a second one for our beach house. The viewing window makes it much easier to monitor the cooking process. 8 quarts is the right size for us. I wouldn't want one any smaller. Clean-up is a snap. We've cooked meats, baked potatoes, and vegetables with no problems. It's also fantastic for reheating leftovers.

After researching, this brand and and this model number, it had high reviews from a well known consumer reporting group. We were not disappointed. From French fries to whole chickens we’ve tried so many things. This deserves every star. Easy to clean and the window is awesome. Just make sure you have the space to store it. 10/10 would recommend.

Good quality, fast and quiet. Very large and easy to clean.

Have had this for nearly a year now and use it at least 2-3x each week. Family of 4 so we needed the largest one and while we still need to cook some things in batches it's a lot less than it would be with the smaller ones which are probably good for 1-2 people. Fantastic for both frozen foods (tater tots, chicken tenders, etc) and freshly cut fries, veggies, etc. Also fantastic for reheating things such as pizza. Window is handy, not sure I'd like one without as I'm a food watcher when I cook. It says to preheat for 5 minutes we've found that 3-4 is plenty. not a big difference maybe but think of how it adds up over a year. Might as well save the energy if not needed for it to work well. I had a minor issue after about a month with the rubber 'feet' and the customer service was fantastic. The only other problem I had with this is that I had to buy 3 more air fryers for family members who may not have 'got around to' getting one. Every one of them loves it as well.
