When i took it out of the box, and placed it on the counter, there was a little rubber stopper on the bottom that was missing causing it to wobble. I returned it for a refund because they were sold out for the great price that i got it for.

Item received in bad condition

Lately Best Buy divery to home is not good. Items get home broken. The department in charge is not doing a good job neither the delivery company. Best Buy store in Sugar Land did a great job during the return process.

The only issue I have is that it's really hard to put the metal rack in/out as the rubber tips stick. I'm worried the rubber tips eventually wearing out.
