No Crisp, but Good for steaks

Coming from the Philips air fryer (we had the original model) to this was disappointing. It does not crisp at all. Fries and hash browns were soggy and chicken was just baked chicken no crisp. It did however cook steaks well. After a week of trying it out all of a sudden the button to change the temperature and time doesn’t respond. I tried the troubleshoots; cleaning unit, unplugging, resetting, but it didn’t work. Do we had yo return. Going back to the Philips!

Stopped working. No service.

Impossible to clean tray!

However, the tray is nearly impossible to clean after use! I have tried everything from soaking it for a long time to reheating it and nothing works. Other air fryer I owned did not have this problem at all. Wish I could return it and get an Insignia one.

Missing screw and loose screw out of box

Hopefully we can exchange for a new one without these issues.
