I think I may have got a defective unit. It’s either on or off. You can’t control the temps. I have a thermo seeker heat measuring device and tested it. Even I I try to set it to 250 it’ll go up to 400. Plus the back of the unit gets really hot. 165 degrees.

Disappointed with this fryer. Bought as I had to bring my other one back for a recall. Just doesn’t seem to get hot enough. I liked the other brand better. Should of just kept it.

Don’t go with a name you don’t trust, the overall design was solid. I just wish it worked when it was plugged in.

Not so great of a product as my wife didn’t like the fact you can’t remove the basket to clean. Returned it. I wish it was a keeper.

I called onTrac and told them that my package never arrived the lady put me on hold to talk to the driver and she said that the driver confirmed that he delivered it to my door and that I need to contact bestbuy to get it resolved. 6 days later I get a text message from onTrac saying that they returned my package because there was no apartment number on the box. So now if I want the airfryer I have to pay $99.99

Stopped working at 6 months and barely used it. Wouldn't recommend

Had it shipped to the house, tried to use it three times and would not heat up to the proper temperature, we followed the instructions and it appeared to be working, but the heat would stop and just blow cold air, we brought it back and ordered a Nija which had good reviews.

This air fryer only lasted two months before the heating coil stopped working and only blew cold air. Was able to get a replacement via a warranty.

Defect one sent to us when I asked for replace they told not available and I have returned it

Doesn't make things crispy. Everything kinda just gets hard...I Don't think it's worth the money even on sale.

Stopped heating after 5 months. The device would turn on but it wouldn’t heat.

Did not work from day one. As soon as we took it out of the box it had a code E one.

Was broken going to return it/got it so late to they said we will have it in 3days

An excellent piece of kitchen equipment to have on hand. Chicken Thighs, French Fries, Frozen Breaded Shrimp, all three came out excellent. Besides the great tasting food you end up with it's fast cooking and easy to use.

Made well and easy to use. Clean up is a breeze. See through window is a big plus, The price I paid for this air fryer was a steal on the Deal of the Day.

This is my first air fryer and while I have nothing else to compare it to, I have found the following to apply: a 5-minute preheat is recommended by the brand; there is a bothersome VOC odor that is indicative of off-gassing from cheap plastic components used to construct this air-fryer and the odor lingers though dissipates once you use it more than a few times or weeks, so keep your home's windows open; the basket seems to be made of cheap metal (not of stainless steel quality) with a fragile non-stick coating so be forewarned that it needs be handled with much care. Nevertheless, the air fryer was easy to use (not many buttons on screen) and if it wasn't for the annoying VOC odor that seemed to contaminate the air and noticeable in the food I prepared, it would make for a decent apparatus for prepping food with less oil. I paid $50+tax during a promotional at Bestbuy.
