I love this pressing iron, it iron the clothes smoothly and neat. Not too heavy, not too light but it incredible, work so good overall it great pressing iron, love everything about it.

I’ve gone through a few irons.. different brands.. every time I’d purchase one the first thing to disappoint was the way it felt when using it. THIS ONE I knew was the one the moment I took it out of the box! It’s heavy but so sturdy. Easy to use. Heats up quickly. Love the amount of steam it releases and how beautiful it irons!! Must have! Don’t look any further just grab this one!!

To me this is the absolute best iron on the market, and I’ve been through several!!! It heats up so fast, and has a great weight to it without being cumbersome or heavy to use. The retractable cord is a must for me as well.

Overall performance is great, it is also ease of use, weight is acceptable.

Never heard of this company. I’ve owned mostly Rowenta irons for decades. But, when the last one began leaking [again], I sought out a replacement. Saw this, questioned it, and then researched it. Highly recommended, so I took a chance. At 1st, I hated the sole plate. Seemed like those cheap hotel irons. But, hands down… I LOVE THIS IRON!!! It’s heavy, steams appropriately, doesn’t leak, and puts a finish on your clothes. And, I iron every day. Liked it so much, I purchased one for a friend, who also enjoys it!

I'm very picky with irons, since I iron everyday. This iron is great so far! The cord is long and produces great steam without dripping.

Heats fast and easy put away with the retractable cord. Now im not complaining to store away. This is a great product. Best iron I've ever bought.

I iron a LOT and actually enjoy it. Having owned Shark irons in the past, I was skeptical about trying a different brand until I got this one. I never heard of "CHI" as a manufacturer before, but now that I know I would highly recommend this iron! So far, I haven't had any residue show or stick to the plate. I also like that it's gold-ish and just stylish overall. It heats up quickly and provides a solid amount of steam. Most irons I purchase tend to wear out after about 2 years, so I guess time will tell with it's durability. To date, I'm VERY happy with my purchase!

Very pricey, but we’ll worth the cost. It’s solidly built and feels centered in my hand when ironing. Steam and sprayer are great! No leaks, so far.

Really easy to use, like the way it puts out the steam

The Prod - The iron itself puts out plenty of steam and does an excellent job of pressing denim and an excellent job with nylon, linen and other light material. Add far as it's performance during use, I'll give it a 4.75 star rating. The Cons - My three issues with it are: - One the plate becomes discolored after six months of use. The titanium coating doesn't age well. My second issue with it is sometimes it "bleeds" water out of the jets a few times during use ( onto your clothes ). Not really a big deal, but somewhat of "time waster." All irons seem to do this. You have to give it about a minute or so to let the water cycle through. My third & last point of dissatisfaction is after you use the self clean mode, it takes about 8 to 10 uses for it to stop spitting the white calcium buildup out onto your clothes. I keep a damp towel to wipe it off of whatever I'm ironing.
