Never heard of this company. I’ve owned mostly Rowenta irons for decades. But, when the last one began leaking [again], I sought out a replacement. Saw this, questioned it, and then researched it. Highly recommended, so I took a chance. At 1st, I hated the sole plate. Seemed like those cheap hotel irons. But, hands down… I LOVE THIS IRON!!! It’s heavy, steams appropriately, doesn’t leak, and puts a finish on your clothes. And, I iron every day. Liked it so much, I purchased one for a friend, who also enjoys it!

I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Chi iron. I have had several Rowenta irons in the past, but the Chi iron far and away surpasses any iron that I have ever owned. The features that I like best are that it gets very hot, streams nicely without dampening my clothes, visibility of the water fill line, and the retractable cord. This is a solidity built iron at a very reasonable price.

I like how this iron works! Constant steam makes work done faster and with a good quality! And just tap water is required( not distiilled one)

Worth every penny. The weight, the amount of steam, the heat…all perfect. Makes ironing, enjoyable.

I bought this iron for 4 reasons: 400 holes, retractable cord, the option to adjust steam level for any type of fabric and Chi's reputation in hair products. The steam output is even, just not as powerful as I was hoping for. It took a few passes to completely take out all the wrinkles in my 100% cotton dress shirt (the one i forgot to take out of the dryer). Otherwise, it does a decent job. The retractable cord is convenient for storing, but it annoys me during ironing when I switch hand since its opening is on one side of the iron. There is a smell from the soleplate and I find the Rowenta's soleplate provides a much smoother glide over the fabric. It is much lighter than Rowenta, which is a plus to some, but i prefer a heavier iron. The front led indicator makes it easier to change the fabric type, comparing to Rowenta. Lastly, it takes a while to heat up. I have had this iron only for 2 months, time will tell whether it leaks and its longevity. I bought it on sale so it is worth it, given the price. If i was to pay full price, personally I would pay a little more to get the Rowenta DW9250. It is not because this Iron is bad, it's more of personal preference.

This iron has brought new life to my clothes. I've had it for a while now, while I don't iron everyday, when I use this iron it makes quick work of wrinkles on every item of clothing.

It was a gift and I was informed he loves the iron. It tell him everything in terms of the steam and temperature. Clothes are beautiful once ironed.

Awesome just takes a couple minutes to warm up when you change settings

Love the touchscreen fabric sector, and percentage counter for optimal temp when informing you it's ready for use. The water fill is interesting but takes a little getting use to and not soaking your ironing board.

Wow, what an awesome iron nonstick surface is perfect for all material. This iron is one of a kind definitely a product. I would recommend well worth the investment.

This is my second CHI and it gets the job done well. I have had more real expensive irons that did not last for even 1-2 years. I do recommend.

Upgraded from a Shark. Huge difference in quality and functionality! No wrinkles are too big for this iron!

i know what ur thinkin… “its just an iron, stop exaggerating” but this is more than that. this is a love letter to ur clothing and other garments… the sole plate is gigantic, a bajillion holes for steamafaction…and for as hot as this thing gets u really never feel like ur gonna burn anything…

Glad I made this purchase. It works well, easy to use. I have purchased several irons over the years, but the Chi is by far the best A little pricey but if you iron often like I do it’s worth it to invest in a good iron.

Great product, easy to use. Heats up very quickly and the settings make it simple to iron all kinds of fabrics. Even ironed a graduation gown. Looks elegant and sleek

I love this iron. The steam feature is awesome. I will recommend if you iron a lot of hard to iron items get this iron.
