If you like Sammy Hagar you will love this CD. His BEST CD after leaving Van Halen. Joe Satriani is Great as always.

You have the best part of Van Halen in Sammy and Michael. Sammy still has it vocally even at 61 years young. Woooo Anthony, is just awesome on bass and obviously, he was held back by the Van Halen brothers egos. Then you have Satch on guitar and man can he ever play in a band setting. Never listened to anything drummer Chad Smith has done career wise, but really like his playing on this and will have to check out his stuff prior to Chickenfoot.

Some of the best musicians get together and get it right. Usually when you get this much talent together the result is underwhelming but not in this case! Each member of Chickenfoot really has nothing to prove so they went out and made a very enjoyable rock record, the types of which have been lacking in the past several years. Give me more! Please! The bonus DVD is worth the price you pay.

straight up great rock music, something this guy has been missing for a very long time. these days all you here is emo rock or hip hop. these guys take me back! great group of guys that have formed a great band. i hope they stay together till they drop!

If you like the Sammy Hagar version of Van Halen, this is by far the best cd of that line up (Even though the VH boys are not in it) Joe Satrianni and Chad Smith take it to a new level. It is fun goof ball rock and roll. It gets better after every listen

they have done it again... at a price no one could touch... some of the best songs, puts the old stuff back on the shelf in the oldies section... new fresh stuff. these guys are the ultimate combo, not much better a bunch coulda been picked.

Was delivered more quickly than website listed, the music is GREAT and the included DVD provides funny insight into the tracks. Made me an instant Chickenfoot fan!

The songs themselves are pretty good. Too bad this along with so many CD's today suffer from limited dynamics to make it 'louder' to untrained ears who are clueless to what music should sound like. This is my number one reason for not buying near as many CD's as I used to. The cheap cardboard packages are another reason. This does not even come with a booklet. (downloadable ones do not count). A more dynamic mix that shines on a decent audio system would have made this a great album. I picked this up anyway because it came with a decent length DVD & it was on sale. The DVD is interesting & the live stuff is pretty good, so I don't feel totally ripped off. Worth the price for that alone but as a whole this package is cheaply done & not worth more than 10 bucks.

I was disappointed with the content. The expectations were high and deliveralbles very low.
