I really like it, for the most part. I like to sleep in the lower levels of my house during the summer cuz it's hot and im kinda cheap, lol. I did my due diligence and turned the schedules OFF. They kept running anyways. I kept using it once or twice and I'd come back to it and the water is completely gone. Then it kept telling me to put in that super expesive cleaner. It has happened like 5 times, I've finally deleted the schedules completely in hopes that it doesn't magically start running continuously even when I leave it off and have the scedules disabled. It really sucks because both the cleaner and distilled water are both expensive. To have to completely refill them every time I want to use it for a single night... waste of money and effort. Don't buy this if you use this thing sporadically.

DockPro works brilliantly for us. I dont get too hot but my S/O does and she likes the bed ice cold. She puts it on the lowest setting which gets to the low 60s and will sometimes have to turn it up slightly when she wakes up. App works well and lets me know when I need to fill the reservoir with water. Was well worth the high price for the comfort it has brought to our sleep
