action packed and potty mouth CHPs, not what we remember that's for sure!

It was a pretty good comedy but not at all what I expected was not even close to the TV series but was funny. It just have some nudity and some raunchy language. Nudity it's only a couple of scenes.

This movie is dumb humor but it's so much fun. Buy it.

Movie will keep you on the edge of your seat with humor

This really made me laugh. And I love Ducati bikes.

I was not expecting much of this movie, but it is really funny. A FBI agent trying to be a cop who can shoot but can't ride a motorcycle and a guy who can't seem to grow up, but can ride a motorcycle like a pro (he also can't shoot a gun). They are teamed together to solve a internal affairs type case and look for the bad guys. Good action and funny interaction between the characters who are trying to psychoanalyze each other. Kristen Bell plays Dax's wife(she is his real life wife). She looks great and pretty funny. It is a better than solid movie which will get you to laugh out loud. I would recommend it.

Don't get me wrong, I laughed at so many parts, but it had some really morbid and a little gross parts to it. This isn't a light-hearted comedy at all, but more like a drama/comedy. In the same instance it seems to be a little more successful as a comedy. It is the randomness that sends it through as a comedy, but then the humor is killed right on the spot when the plot gets serious for 30 seconds. It fluctuates so much that it is hard to know when it joking. I still recommend it because of the funny parts.

Jon Baker and Frank "Ponch" Poncherello have just joined the California Highway Patrol in Los Angeles, but for very different reasons. Baker is a former motorbike rider who's trying to put his life and marriage back together. Poncherello is a cocky, undercover FBI agent who's investigating a multimillion dollar heist that may be an inside job. Forced to work together, the inexperienced rookie and hardened veteran begin clashing instead of clicking while trying to nab the bad guys.

It was hard to find this movie when it first was released. That was a fortunate thing for me, as it saved a chunk of money at the cheaper price for when I was finally able to find it available. It is not a great movie, but watchable.

Over all the movies is ok and funny, there is a few scenes that should have been left out

This movie was pretty much as expected. When they make these movies of old TV shows, you expect a type of parody or just a fun and goofy movie. It is worth the watch and I bought it because it was cheap and I want to subject my wife to it, lol.

I never really watched the original TV show so, I wasn't a fan so to speak. I found this entertaining and worthy of a few laughs. The price can't be beat especially when it was way less than a movie ticket.

This movie had some funny parts but the story was not as good.

CHiPs stands for California Highway Patrol. Supposed to be a reboot from the 1970s TV show. Not enough scenes pertaining to the highway ad byway. Hardly enough similarities compared to the television show. But you get enough comical one liners and quips from Dax Shepard (Baker) and Michael Pena (Ponch).

Grew up watching the tv series and was really looking forward to the movie. Lots of good stuff in there and for people that are looking for a dirty funny movie you will not be disappointed, fans of the show may be a little let down. Worth the time and money to buy though.

I'm to young to have seen the original airing of the TV show, and by the time I did see it I thought it was dated and didn't care for it. The movie however I found entertaining and quite funny in a few parts. Not the best comedy I have seen recently, but not bad.

The movie had lots of raunchy jokes and had me laughing throughout and some cool bike chase scenes. I didn't listen to the critic reviews blasting this movie. I thought both Michael Pena & Dax Shepard were naturally hilarious w/o ever going over the top. If you want laughs and don't mind some dirty jokes, definitely should give it a watch.

...its BETTER!!! This is an adult version of the classic. The twists on the characters are GREAT. I was wondering how they could possibly tell the story of the original, but that is NOT what they did here. They took this to another level and I think the movie was FUNNY, action packed and something I've enjoyed watching again and again.
