Easy setup - easy to use. One of the best streaming device available. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to cut the cord.

I had to unplug everything and replug after the Chromecast didn't work on initial try. Wish technology could just be plug and play but somehow we're not there yet. Once it did work it's been fairly smooth but I've had to uninstall and reinstall some of the app apps when they randomly decide to stop working. In addition the length of the cord from the HDMI plug to the device is really short and I'm going to have to get a tiny extender so the device isn't hidden behind the TV to allow for a more seamless signal between the remote and the device. I'm surprised it's not longer to allow the device to sit uncovered. However, this device makes it convenient to control the TV, sound bar and Chromecast all with one remote so that's been really nice. It runs faster than the interface of my smart tv which is the main reason we got it. I think the device can use a few improvements but overall I'm enjoying it.

A million times better than Firestick, way better interface, much easier setup.

We bought this to stream some concerts from Veeps from an iPad. But we now use it as our primary interface for everything on our Sony TV with Android OS. We cut the cord and use YouTube TV - and a bunch of other popular services. This works so much better than the Android interface on the TV. Do follow the recommendations to plug the power supply into an outlet - rather than your TV.

Great device for casting and watching your favorite streaming services. This is a big upgrade/step up from the original Chromecast. The setup was easy, its very user friendly and has a lot of app options to stream from. The remote has the necessary buttons to take full control of the device. Definitely worth the price, way cheaper than buying a new smart tv.

Great for older TV's without all the smart features. Awesome upgrade for Plex users that usually use their cellphone and the older grey chromecast (main reason for trying it was being able to view Plex screen on the TV and not my cellphone). Amazon prime supported. Remote powers on my HDMI connected TV & sound Receiver. Remote works without having to point it directly at receiver.

Chromecast with Google TV is a game changer for anyone cutting cable. With access to free live TV channels, and any of your normal streaming apps such as YouTube, etc. Easy setup, and breathes life into any old TV.

Works well. Better than slow apps on an old TV. We got this because Youtube TV 4K requires you to set your home wifi. Since this is a new setting and requirement it's only available on smart TVs, i.e. Android Smart TVs. We only have Roku and Apple TV's so we picked this up so that we could make that setting change. Worked easy. But now that we have it we rather enjoy it. Helps make an old smart more up to date. Remote is decent, some of the buttons I wish were different, but just because I'm used to the Roku remotes. They don't have a play/pause button so you have to hit the center enter button. That took a little getting use to.

Works well. I like to listen to my internet radio stations through my home entertainment equipment and lost the ability to do that. My Total Tech rep suggested this and the user interface is better than the TV's and I can listen to music again when not watching TV. Easy to set up.

Easy to use. Glad I made the purchase. Great for taking on trips to hotels that have smart TVs.

We have one of these on each TV with a YouTube TV subscription and we haven’t looked back. Setup was super easy and easy sync with my google account. We even take the YouTube TV on vacation with us and stay connected. Devices sit nice and flush behind the TV or behind the Receiver.
