I loved chromecast for years... But this one is the best. It's actually like having a Roku TV without going out and buy one. Being able to access movie apps without picking up your phone (once you set it up). It's only $50 bucks, give it a spin... You won't feel like you've wasted your money.

I love watching movies using my new dongle and the remote to it great feture to have.

This is an awesome device. I upgraded my 1st gen chromecast which was stuttering while playing 4k content to this and the difference is immense. Voice remote is absolutely great too. Very happy with this purchase.

Turns any old TV into a smart TV. It turned my mom’s nearly 20 year old TV into a cutting edge display. Goolge’s interface is much nicer than Fire TVs and Roku.

Take the functionality of an android set top box and release it at a price lower than even the Chinese can offer their versions. Great piece of hardware if you're already ingratiated in the Android ecosystem and even if not, it's easy to use and offers a number of fratures. This kills Roku.

Wow!!! I have to say, this new(at least to me) Chromecast with Google TV has transformed my old plasma screen TV! Easy to connect and set up. I can watch my Netflix and HBOMax apps as well as casting from my phone. At the new sale price get it!!

Works like a charm. Light, fast, beautiful. It integrates well with Google products and you can use any of your day to day apps on it.

I bought a smart tv that didn't have any way to download apps to it that weren't already on it. I subscribe to YouTube TV, and this wasn't on my tv. I bought the chromecast with hopes that it would allow me to view the streaming services I subscribe to on the tv. It installed easy and now I can watch any of my streaming channels.

Excellent item! Very easy to set up and once done, you're enjoying your shows. I hooked it up to an older computer monitor (no speakers) so I did have to get an HDMI splitter to get audio to my eternal speakers, but since it is plugged in series, there was no problem hooking it up.

I have saved a ton of money on my monthly bills thanks to buying one of these and being smart about how I use it. I loved my Firestick but I feel this lets me have more options and it better integrates into my household stuff since I've been primarily using Google anyway.

Google finally got streaming right! Love the comprehensive yet simple and friendly user interface. Knocked out down one star because it has issues with casting from the Oculus VR (very laggy at best and disconnects frequently); I have to cast to the basic 'non Google TV' Chromecast (not Chromecast Ultra btw), which is still has a little lag but much less, and doesn't disconnect.

Chromecast have always been my go to choice when it comes to a streaming product. I love Google and I love that they are inclusive. I love the ability to be able to cast from your phone. I love Google assistant. This is a great product.

This handy little device helps us enjoy all of our streaming services with no need for cable or movie packages. It’s simple and easy to use!

For a simplified streaming device this has everything you need. The only downfall is the low storage on the device. But if you don't have many streaming services that you subscribe to then this is the best bang for the buck.

Ive had all of the big streaming sticks/boxes, but this is the best one ive used. I decided to revisit the chromecast after using the first gen years ago. Im glad i did.

I've been using Roku for years and thought it was the best thing ever. It has nothing on Chromecast. This is much faster, more responsive and has so much more to offer like Stadia for gaming. My only thing is the interface. I don't like the way it's organized.

I ended up purchasing this when my wife and I went into the hospital for the birth of our son. It was easy to set up. Still use it every single day would recommend.

I been waiting for this device to use it and enjoy it. I love the facts that the Android developers and engineers really took their time to make this a best on a budget. The amount of ram that it comes with its perfect to prevent from freezing when running many things at the same time. It comes with a 8 gig of storage which is okay to have a good amount of apps but you can just setup a nas, smb or get a cloud account if you need space. I would suggest to buy a hd with cloud storage software if not familiar with setting up a cloud server at home on your own. If you don’t wanna go to all the headaches setting up ur media back up server, setup a shared folder on your pc computer there are tons of tutorials on YouTube which will make it easy for you to setup your cloud server. There are many other things I could suggest you if you that you can do with the google tv device but I would take for ever here typing. Anyways enjoy it and take care of it.

So glad Google released a streaming product with a remote and UI. This gives quick access to multiple streaming services. The UI is quick and responsive and the device seamlessly integrates with other Google products like Google WiFi and smart speakers.
