I enjoyed every ounce of this game from combat to story. I cried or teared up around 4 to 5 times throughout this game. I've achieved the platinum on Playstation for it. This game has been one of the best games I've played in awhile that has really made me feel a ton of emotions and fun to play. I've played a lot of games from start to finish but I've only got 4 games that I say in my opinion have the best endings or stories that top them all, one now being this game. What I mean by this is that it's a game that when I think of the ending or story of a game, I immediately think of one of these 4 games over any other game I've played. Now with that being said I do say this one would be story over ending that i would think about, but I do say this game had the best final run to the end game boss I've played. If I had to a pick a game to go back and play from beginning to end with no memory of the story. I'd pick this game. Especially witnessing that final dash to the end.

It is unthinkable that this is Sandfall's first game Gameplay is spectacular. Art design is incredible. Music is diving. Story is amazing. Highly recommend

A game that has made me laugh, cry and nearly smash my controller. I love the combat and the story and the characters. Its easily my game of the year pick for 2025. Not a perfect game with a few minor flaws, but for the packaging and price you can overlook them easily. If you love flashy turn based combat with solid rpg systems this is a must buy.

Expedition 33 is such a nice change from the numerous action RPGs that have come out for this generation of consoles. The writing is excellent, the voice acting is great, and the way they handle turn-based combat makes it super engaging. Highly recommend.

I've looked forward to playing this game since it was first revealed and knew regardless of quality I'd be supporting it. I've fully completed the game and feel confident saying that this is the greatest RPG I've ever played and top 5 all-time game for me.

Truly one of the best rpg experiences in a long time. While being turn based you are never truly waiting on enemies turns to finish you dodge,parry and many other things. The soundtrack is breathtaking the story is so unexpected. It took me 65 hours to beat fully. Highly recommend.

I'm about 2/3 of the way through thr games main story and clair obscure is easily one of the best turn based rpgs ive ever played. It tells a story that reallt tugs at the heartstrings, great and believable characters, and a shockingly addictive combat system. Would absolutely recommend for any turn based fan!

Been looking forward to this game since it was first reviewed and I am pleased to say that it exceeded my already lofty expectations. The music is absolutely superb, the plot takes itself seriously and the characters are amazing, including ones not in your party at all. Battle system is turn based but relies heavily on parry/dodge. Exploration is very old school with a world map and no mini map on purpose so you can appreciate the design of the dungeons and find so many secrets. Both my husband and I played this around the same time and we would discover things that the other didn't notice. Great to discuss and watch. I have other RPGs I'm looking forward to this year but I don't anticipate any other game beating this in, at least, my personal 2025 game ranking.

This game was phenomenal and is a must buy for rpg lovers. The story was a little predictable but had many surprises i didnt expect. I say buy this game and just enjoy it. Its very much worth the buy.
