Pros: Product is made very solid. It holds a charge for a long time, Connects seamlessly to iPad 2. Almost feels like I'm using the laptop. cons: headphone jack hole and charger hole too small. I would recommend it to a friend.

I originally bought a zagg for my iPad 4 which I liked a lot. I went with this case for my iPad air 2, and I like it a lot for different reasons. The iPad is easy to remove since I use a music stand to hold it (without a case). I tried the Otter box which is awesome protection but somewhat challenging to remove regularly. This case has the keyboard portion of the case being lighter than the iPad so you have to be careful that it doesn't tip/fall as it is sitting on your lap, and you get distracted by whatever. It maintains bluetooth connectivity better than the zagg which lost connectivity regularly. The zagg seemed a little less tippy though. Not huge difference.

The Clamshell Case is very lightweight, easy to carry, easy to use, it blends beautifully with the IPad as if they were made for each other. A real work of art. Just wish it had a Backlight for those times when lighting isn't the greatest. Expensive, YES.... so it should have a backlight in this price category

This is the best I-Pad case you could ever purchase. Fits perfectly, protects the I-Pad and it makes it easy to use and great for watching movies.

This product works great. The keyboard is responsive and the case is pretty heavy duty. It does add a significant amount of weight and can feel like you're going to snap it in half when you put it in tablet mode but overall great for the frequent traveler. One side note is that it makes your tablet look like a laptop so it might get questioned at security checkpoints.

I had the ClamCase with my previous IPad and that's why I got this one. Quality build and feel, keyboard easy to type with although some keys at the edges are smaller than normal so may take getting used to at first. It does add bulk and weight but it's the functionality that folks would buy this for anyway. I do wish they designed it so you didn't need an adapter for the headphone jack, it's a piece that can easily be lost or forgotten and simply making the hole in the case a little bigger would be better. If you can find it on clearance like I did, this is a great deal for a great keyboard case.

Great case. I've used it for work and it makes transporting my iPad Air feel a lot safer. Only downside is the weight. Frankly I don't think you could make it too much lighter without running into problems with the iPad tipping the whole thing over so I'm okay with it.

I had a different case for my iPad Air 2 which was effective but this case is better because it lets you open the case to all different angles. It is sturdy and the keyboard is great. I recommend this case. Worth the price.

I've used a lot of cases and keyboards on a lot of iPads, but this one is the best I have seen. It makes my iPad look like a MacBook Mini. Highly recommended. Superb battery life. Natural feeling keyboard.

Very functional and well designed. Works great. Does what it says it will do. The keyboard works great and the hinge works just like it is supposed to work.

I was looking for a keyboard case that was going to protect my ipad. At first, I was going to go with a Zagg folio product, but I didn't like the way it felt when I opened the case. It felt a little flimsy and not sturdy enough for me. I head about clamcase from my friend and read the reviews about it online. I have to say I am not disappointed since buying this product. It does not feel flimsy when I open the case and I can flip the case 180 degree if I just want to use the ipad and want the keyboard out of the way.

If you want to use your iPad like a laptop this the case for you. I liked the quality of the design. It felt solid like it would offer good protection. I ended up returning it and buying a MacBook since I found my self wanting a laptop in the end and using my iPad as a laptop wasn't working out for me. I do wish the keyboard buttons lit up. I may have kept it then.

Keyboard works great not much bigger than the iPad it self.

I wanted a keyboard for the new iPad air two which would have the feel of the keyboard I use with my desktop. Clam case keyboard fit that bill. Easy to set up out of the box and the only issue I have had is that sometimes I have to go into settings and delete the clam case keyboard and then reset it. Expensive, but worth it in my opinion.

Tired of carrying my big, heavy laptop but l prefer to use a real keyboard. ClamCase offers hard cover protection for the iPad. Bluetooth capability lets you type like a laptop. Bluetooth mouse would complete the package. Not available for older iPads though. Tried to buy one as s gift for a friend with iPad 2.

The keyboard works great, is very well built, and makes the ipad very powerful. Having a hardware keyboard frees up a lot of screen when using apps where you write a lot - word processor, spreadsheet, presentation, among others. This Clamcase is the best. I have a Zagg one which is not even half as good.

I have been using iPads since they came originally came out. This is the 3rd keyboard I have purchased and only the first which is also a case. I never wanted to add any bulk. But this case/keyboard is both flexible, durable and easy to remove when you don't want the bulk. Great addition.

This is my 4th Case in 10 months. It is the first one that works fine. I have had to upgrade each time to get a case tht doesn't fall apart, break, and sits at any angle. The only drawback is that the keys aren;t backlit. For a $150 they should be.
