I just receive my fifth replacement for the original purchased just over a year ago. The original plus the replacements did not work for 3 months. It cost me approximately $20.00 to return it each time including insurance. This last one would not even work right out of the box. They told me Apple makes the worst blue tooth connection so it was probably my phone that was causing the problem. I bought a new Galaxy GS-5. Took my Apple phone and my new phone to a repair shop and they said the phones were OK. They do extend the warranty each time. It was great when it worked. I'm looking for another brand.
