Downloaded app and went through the exercises and everything worked, but that's about the only time it works. The keyboard becomes non-responsive after a couple minutes. The backlight will turn on, but you can't type anything. I submitted the issue to Clicks, but haven't received a response. This came free with the purchase of the Razr Ultra, so I thought it was a good deal. Now I'm stuck with something I can't use or even return for any value. Stay away if you have an Ultra or wait until you actually see positive reviews from people when/if they fix the issues. This was obviously not test on the Ultra prior to releasing it.

Lets begin with the fact that I am posting this review typing with my clicks case. I LOVE it. I've seen a lot of reviews that state that it does not work, or keeps on crashing, etc. And yes, I went through that as well. The thing is, I'm extremely stubborn. I kept trying and opening the app, restarting the phone and repeating and still it would randomly crash/not work... BUT only for the first 30 mins to 1 hour. After, its like the phone and case finally synced together or something? But now I have rarely any to zero difficulties anymore. Every now and then I have to close the clicks app manually, reopen, and magic it works 100% again. I love the case, the typing experience, the clickiness, everything. Clicks; THANKS! Side Note: I do NOT lock the app, I just leave it running normally and everything works great for me. I can definitely recommend this case.

Useless. I don't need this. It's ugly. A bit hard to understand the functions.

Its broke out of the box. Going to require an update to fix according to the company. Way too expensive to be shipping like that.

Absolutely love my keyboard case! Doesn't interrupt charging with case on, although only negative is if your vehicle is older you cant play music with USB charger or aux with the case on. You have to take case off in order to play music if your car is older and dosent have Bluetooth.

Like it that it attaches and also is a protection case and the pad is very easy to work

Case is good and serves its purpose. Wont "Turbo Charge" when plugged into a charger and case around the exterior screen is cheap and doesn't fit the phone well but other than that its GREAT typing on a physical keyboard again!

Connection to RAZR is completely unstable. Comes and goes. Tried on two different RAZRs, same thing.

Just need to adjust some settings after that has been working very good I absolutely love using the keyboard its so much easier typing on physical keys! I highly recommend using this product just need to change some settings initially then your all set!

So amazing as former longtime Blackberry user and a fan of Qwerty phones of the past. Makes my Razr+ so fun to use and I get asked all the time what kind of phone do I have when people see it out in public.

Neat idea, not so neat product. I went with Best Buy preorder for the keyboard case. I should have looked elsewhere. You shouldn't have to work to get a $140 case to function properly. Best buy and clicks dropped the ball on this one.

No issues at all out of the box. This case is the only reason I got a razr and it's been amazing

Excellent gift I received for purchase the phone. Do great

The quality of the device feels well built. The execution however is poor. The keyboard fits well when folded shut but when open the phone is very awkward to hold. The biggest issue is that the keyboard only wakes up with the phone about 20% of the time. The rest of the time you have to wait a couple of minutes for it to come alive again if it does at all. Turning off the screen and waking it with the keyboard sometimes works as does unplugging the keyboard and re-attaching it. Installing the app does not make a difference. It also fairly easily slips out of the case just enough to disconnect the connection. It was free and still not worth it.

It worked when i forst out my phone in the case but that was it. It does not work anymore and I can not type . I have the razr 2024 phone as well and it works with that with no issues but does NOT work with the bew ultra
