Great movie, but one that requires you to watch it more than once to fully appreciate it.

An incredible storyline with multi arching stories with perfect fits for the actors and actresses

This was pretty good! I had never heard of it before so I expected it to be bum. Quite surprised!

I liked the movie it made you think and you had to follow the past present and future movements of the characters.

Probably should read the book first. My husband read the book, and enjoyed it a bit more than me.

I bought this DVD because I saw it in the bargain bin and it stars Tom Hanks. Can't go wrong. It's a good movie with a lot of different story lines. I just don't get what you're supposed to take from it in the end. It has to do with past lives, reincarnation, and occasionally questioning the establishment, but I'm not sure what specifically the point is.

This was a remarkable movie, and I enjoyed every minute of it. I did not read the book but now I intend to. I understand that this is not a movie for everybody, but it's a movie for adults. The music and editing was so well done and that is just a cherry on top of this homage to film, love, life, freedom and what it all means to us. Brilliant!!!

The movie is easier to follow if you have previously read the novel but it stands on its own merits. It is a little confusing with the shifts between past, present and future but that is the beauty of watching with attention to detail. One soul moving through the centuries living different lives - reincarnation theory aside - it was an enjoyable, well made film.

Love this movie. Great story line includes action, drama and even some comedy. And come on...it's tom hanks!
