Forget about it! This chair was easy to put together. When I say forget about it. I’m talking about when you need to take a break from gaming. Because a quick 5-15 minute break in this chair will clear your mind. Heat and a quick massage is just what I need during a frustrating moment. We bought this for our teenager. He loves it. Plus my wife and I use it when he’s not needing it. Tough day at work take a 15-20 minute power nap. Long day of cleaning up the house, we will stop and get a quick massage. Good job making an easy to use affordable chair. Perfect

we just got this delivered and I’m so happy I ordered it. It came in a box with several pieces so you could carry them separate and not be so heavy. I hired a guy to put it together took an hour. The quality is great, comfortable good looking. I can’t believe it has heat Massage and swivel as well as electronic performance to put feet up as you’d like.

This product is all manually adjusted. I assumed it had electronical adjustments. Its comfortable but awkward and combersome when you try to adjust the foot rest

Not enough cushion in the arms and the vibration's really low even on high.

Chair is very low quality. Arrived damaged and took several emails back and forth and getting Best Buy involved to get a return label and our money back.

Expanding sides velcro seating just the cheap feel of everything. And customer service it absolutely non existent. Look elsewhere!
