Damaged boxes/missing parts

I received my tv mount 10 days after placing the order. It was shipped from California to Tennessee by Fedex and the box was heavily taped indicating that it had either been damaged in transit or previously opened. As I was putting the parts together, I discovered that I was missing several parts needed to complete mounting the tv. I contacted the supplier and described the missing parts word for word as written in the instruction manual. I received a message from the supplier asking for a description of the parts. Since I had already described the parts, I replied in layman's terms exactly what the parts were and how they were used to support the tv. I then received a request from the supplier to send a picture from the instruction manual with the missing parts circled. I completed this and then received a message from the supplier saying that the missing parts were not in stock and that they would make an exception and send me a replacement mount. I received the replacement mount 8 days later and it was again shipped by Fedex. This time the box was partially open and damaged, but all of the parts were still in the box. I closed the issue on Best Buy, but I would suggest buying the item in the store where any problems can be immediately resolved.
