greg,
Thank you for choosing CLX - we apologize for the issue, and will be happy to help!
We have included some information below, that may immediately, and easily, remedy the issue for you; if it does not, then please contact our Friendly CLX Support Team, toll-free, at 855.490.2569.
First, if by, "...did not cut on...", you meant that there was no power to the system, then the issue may have been that the primary power switch on the back of the system was in the 'Off' position. This can happen during packing/unpacking the system, as the primary power switch is a 'rocker' style of switch.
The switch is located on the back of the system, near where the power cord connects to the computer, and will have two symbols, a circle and a line. One side of this switch will be down, the other up. If the circle symbol is on the side that is down, it is in the `Off' position. In this position, power will not flow through the system, even when the power button on the front of the computer is pressed.
Pressing the side of the switch with the line symbol will rock the switch into the `On' position, with the line side down and the circle side up. In this position, power is allowed to flow through the computer, enabling the front power button to turn the system on and off.
If the line side of the switch is already down, rock it to the circle side, then back, to make certain it is fully in the `On' position.
Second, if instead you meant that although the system gets power, i.e., some lights come on, fans spin, etc., but you don't receive a signal to the display, then please double-check the port that the display is connected to.
There are two sets of video output ports, only one of which is active.
If the display is connected to one of the ports near the top of the system, among the various USB, audio, network and other ports, then it is connected to an inactive port on the motherboard. Instead, the display should be connected to one of the ports near the middle of the system, in a horizontal row, as these are the only active video ports, being part of the dedicated GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card itself.
Thank you again, and we hope the above tips addressed the issue for you, but if not, we look forward to helping you, when you contact us using the number provided above!
