Works great. It has 12 cores so can push just about everything I need as far as video and software goes. The light look amazing and you can control the dimness. There are 6 fans including fans on the GeForce. Not sure how to control that light on the inside memory and if it's possible to control the color of the letters CLX on the front. I've tried to no success. The computer goes to sleep and turns lights off and fans. That is a major plus as it saves energy and life overall. There is plastic on the from tempered glass. Be sure to remove that because the fans can get really loud if that plastic get stuck in them or is touching them. Make sure all of your plug are plugged in. Normally for insurance purposes they may leave the shortest plugs unplugged or it may become unplugged during shipping. You will need to plug in your Bluetooth plug but be sure to make sure that the cord is not touching the bottom fans of the GeForce.... You will be able to tell by the sound of the fans which should be completely silent. Installation was minutes. Came nearly ready to go with windows already installed on it. Beside one plug in the inside and the Bluetooth, there was nothing else to hook up. Only complaint is that the keyboard spacebar has messed up with less than 5 uses. Seems to be off set and not sitting in that slot correctly. Besides that it's a great buy and I recommend this computer. -Kochav Shavit

I purchased the CLX with Ryzen 9 3900 with 2080ti, 1TB SSD, 6TB HD, and 32GB Ram. Why does Cybertronpc think it is ok to substitute a different case on a $3,299 computer? (Especially without notifying the buyer) The USB, power button, headphone jack etc were on top of case instead of in the front at the bottom. I wanted to put the case on my desk, but the cords would all be hanging. Also, the case only had two led fans on the front instead of the three as pictured and did not come with as much RGB lighting on the case as pictured. To top it off (and the last straw) the video card had issues and the usb ports on the back were misaligned with the case so it was very difficult to get devices plugged into them.

Absolute worst computer buying experience I've ever had. Within 4 months of owning my computer the cooling system failed. I contacted the manufacturer who sent me a replacement at my cost. The replacement was not a match. Thankfully I have geek squad, but now I will be out even more time while I wait for them to go through the same process. Currently I am the owner of a $4000 doorstop. I will never purchase another CLX/Cybertronic PC and will probably never buy a computer from Best Buy again. If I could give a zero rating I would.

Have had a couple hiccups with the power supply going back on it. The customer support from CybertronPC has been amazing working with me on various things, going above and beyond what I expected.

So basically the computer came yesterday. Was able to set up today, and guess what. Im missing my 6 terrabites of harddrive. How that happens i have no idea but im very dissapointed. Taking back to bestbuy

It's very fast and the graphics are really good. I would recommend.
