Broken on arrival
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Computer was broken when it arrived at best buy store. I had to reorder another computer, when the store staff reordered the new computer they didn't credit my account. So now I'm being charge for two computers. So be aware of your statements, the problem hasn't been fixed and refuse to talk to me

We sincerely apologize that the system arrived in a damaged condition, despite our robust protective packaging. While such instances are rare, given the overall volume of shipments, we realize that knowing that certainly doesn't make it any less frustrating, when it happens to be the system you receive.
While we had no control over how Best Buy personnel addressed the replacement of the system, as they are the entity that accepts and processes payment, exchanges, etc., we regret that it was not as positive an experience as was hoped for.
We are confident that once the replacement system arrives, your overall experience will be a happier one.
