Got this for my son. It had none of the parts listed in it. Not water cooled. Not the same graphics card. You all are lying pieces of trash. Scum. Rip off a VETERAN and a 14 year old kid.

Sent with the wrong graphics card. I got sent it with a 3060ti instead of a 4060ti that was advertised. I bought this awhile ago so I think its now to late for me to do anything about it with them. Had to buy a the proper graphics card it was SUPPOSED to come with. Reminder: always check the specs of your new computer before its to late

Came perfect, I would recommend. However, I would recommend buying directly from CLX to avoid any extra hassle.

After being away from online gaming for 16 years. I figured I'd get back in to it. My old computer was decent, nothing too special and worked okay, until the latest WoW expansion came out. Then it seems I hit a brick wall. Lag, choppy graphics. Not meeting my own personal performance standards in the game due to it. I did originally ordered a Digital Storm computer, shortly after Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, I was in que for two months before I seen the CLX available through BB. I looked through the specs of this tower, and was taken back at what it came with "stock", and for what they were charging for it. I felt this computer was a better buy with the hardware it came with stock. Than the DS I custom built. I was even saving money buy going with the CLX too. All and all, I couldn't be happier with this purchase. The computer starts up in seconds. And I'm able to play WoW as it was intended, without having some graphics either at the lowest setting, or just disabled all together. Kinda nice I can see a dragon blowing fire instead of it yawning with the old tower I had. And if you're looking for a little more pep from CLX. They do offer some upgrades to this tower (I believe a ram and graphics card) for an upcharge. But they do have their own site too if you wanted to really go all out. By the time I hit the "purchase" button to arrival from UPS. It was a total of 11 days! Again, couldn't be happier with the performance from this tower. And pleased that it'll last me many, many years without having too worry too much about my hardware being obsolete. Highly recommend !!

I bought this through best buy, hooked it up....nothing, no power. Returned it, received my "replacement ", hooked it up, Windows wouldn't load, shut off 4x's trying to load. Returning for my $ back.

It's not very good, it gets too hot and sometimes it crashes out of the applications.

Purchased this PC Thanksgiving 2022. It was good until right after warranty expired. Started to notice boot issue since Nov 2023, but it happened randomly and the system would boot after a few tries. I thought it was due to some updates of software. Right after the warranty is over, this PC started booting problem almost everyday and blue screen when I play game. Chat with CLX tech support for 2 weeks to troubleshoot, because once the PC booted, it would boot for the rest of the day. Only when it sits for long period like overnight, the failure to boot would happen. We updated BIOS, reinstalled GPU driver, restore health of the system and reseat the ram. It seems reseat ram helped a little bit because it would boot after reseat each time. I was told it's system problem that I had to reinstall the windows. Thankfully I didn't listen to that advise since I had feeling it's ram issue. They finally told me to test the ram with memtest86. The 1st ram passed. But the 2nd one pulled out 4000+ error that it couldn't even complete the test. So long story short, because "my warranty expired 1 month ago", CLX can't do anything. I had to purchase new ram set myself which I didn't expect $2000 PC would fail in such short time. This is my first time purchase PC from company other than big brand like Dell (BTW my Alienware from 2015 is still working fine just can't keep up with my games), it's very disappointed experience. Now I'm living with fear that don't know when and which part of this 1 year old PC would fail some day. So finally, before purchase any PC from this company, make sure you are aware of the risk of failure parts in short period. (I saw another review that their SSD failed.)

Excellent gaming PC, very fast and runs everything I have put on it.
