Nice computer, but didn't come with the keyboard and mouse as stated in the specs. Out of the box after hooking up my old keyboard/mouse/joystick and new monitor nothing worked. Disconnected everything. Checked out the connections all were solid, got to the on/off switch loose connector plugged it into the pins and on came the computer. One other loose connector plug was lodged in the top rear fan blades of the liquid cooler, wires were almost touching the bottom fan in the front of the case. But after all was done tidying up, it appears that it will be a pretty good box. Lots of room for a mid tower. 3 - 2 1/2" clips for more memory on the back will need power cable, or just get a docking station.

The description and specs on the Best Buy web page said this had a combined 5 TB of hard drive space and a 5.8 Ghz process. This is why I purchased this more expensive model vs others because I would be using it for video editing. What I got when opening the box was 1TB hard drive space and 3Ghz process, less than the current computer I owned. The company and Best Buy customer support gave me the run around about getting what I paid for. Finally, I got in touch with a person at my local store who was authorized to make a decision and help me make it right. But it should not have taken so much time and energy to get what I paid for in the first place. Still don't have a replacement but lets hope the replacement shows up with the correct components.
