Great gaming computer

Most important, their tech support is excellent. They are right there to help without any hassle. Always available. That's exactly what one want to have when buying a computer.

Excellent, but LOUD

Save you money

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After I receive the PC I had a cinematic issue while playing game and I changed the monitor it didn't help. Same cinematic issue and lag still appeared. I have added extra RAM also I contacted with manufacturer they remotely changed settings but nothing changed. I have exchanged the PC with different one.

We were happy to attempt to help you with the video issue that you had encountered under certain, specific circumstances.
As of our last contact on 11/05/2019, we were under the impression that moving the connection to the proper HDMI port and turning on VSYNC had resolved the issue for you - at least to a satisfactory degree, and that you would be moving to a 144MHz monitor for your particular display needs.
Had we known that there was still an issue, we would have gladly continued our efforts to assist and remedy it for you.
