Absolutely unprofessional, unhelpful and incompete

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not only did Best Buy completely screw up this order, but they took three weeks to tell me that, even though it was sent to their local store, it then somehow got shipped to Illinois, which is approximately 2000 miles away and then they told me that I called to cancel it. It is unbelievable how unprofessional and unhelpful these people are, and I am about to begin a barrage of bad reviews for them. They kept me waiting on the phone for 45 minutes today just to tell me that they’re closing in 15 minutes and there’s no one to help me. How Best Buy is still in business is beyond my comprehension .
