if you were born and raised and watched a lot of movies in the 1980's and 1990's then you know Sylvester Stallone and Schwarzenegger and other movie actors by now. Cobra is a great movie and Stallone played a great part as a cop hunting down a badass criminal. The movie is full of intense action and it will keep you interested all the way from start to finish. I definitely recommend this movie to all movie action lovers out there!

I loved this movie the storyline, acting, thrilling action, and the bonus features. I paid 24.99 for it which to me was a good bargain compared to others that would mark it up to 34.99 and higher. Picture quality isn’t bad but still looks good for an older picture. I highly recommend this film to any action thriller and/or sly fans.

The movie Cobra starring Sylvester Stallone came out in May of 1986. This movie is very special to me and so many different ways that I can't even tell people. It stars Sylvester Stallone as Marion cobretti. He works for special ops in the police force knows it and is the zombie squad. He does the jobs that the other officers won't do or refuse to do. He gets mixed up in a case that's involves not just one killers but multiple killers kind of like a gang of killers who just kill for thrill but they're all interconnected He's trying to protect a woman who happened to see a murder and they have to basically protect her anyway they can. It's funny that one of the officers is actually part of the gang who kills people and she goes on cobras team to keep track to let the leader of the gang know they're whereabouts it's a lot of action but it is pretty well done back for the day. If you're still on fan it's a great movie to have but again you're talking to movie that goes back to 1986.

This is a classic Sylvester Stallone action movie. It's one of the best he ever made. Cobra was mostly known for the number of people killed during the movie. It far exceeded any previous record for an action movie...bordering on the comical. Some of the things you'll remember... The match he keeps in his mouth. His awesome gun. His Mercury which is painfully destroyed during the movie. And the most memorable moment is when he meets up with "Night Slasher" (Brian Thompson) at the end and gets an earful about the judicial system. "They'll say I'm insane. Won't they...PIG!?" If ever there was a classic piece of film it's this encounter. Me and my friends still joke today about how spittle and sweat comes from his mouth when he says, "PIG!". It's hilarious. That alone is worth owning this movie. In all, it's typical of 80's action films. Sylvester's films always seem to have a fair amount of cheese in them. It's a given. At the same time tho, they don't make films like this anymore. The days of the action hero seem over, but they can be relived with movies like Cobra.

Cobra collector's edition bluray is the best version of the disk with extras on the presentation.

If your looking for realism you won't find it here. This is violence in an operatic way. full on 80's style with Stallone as the quiet loner bringing justice and some humor. Blu ray quality is exceptional.
