Does clear pictures in color night or day work really well

This is a basic, no frills dash cam. works well, videos look clear, no complaints.

Easy to install, set up and use. Would definitely buy again.

First impression is how compact this dash cam is, I have my parking pass hanged on my rear view mirror and it literally hides behind it.I tried to install it on my mom's 1967 GMC ice cream truck since she drives its a moving liability, but I was not able to install so I highly recommend to check if your vehicle is compatible. The video quality is as advertise, it has something of a fish eye angle for a wider recording (160 degree angle). The video is very sharp for such a small screen. 1296p. An HDMI input is located on the side of the camera. I like that it uses an 3M adhesive when installing instead of the typical suction cup, so it feels very sturdy when installed properly. I have not used the app feature of this dash cam, so I cannot review on that, but I will be doing that this weekend. I will follow up on the app features. The dash cam does not come with some kind of cable holder so it won't hang around underneath your rear view mirror. You'll need to buy additional parts to really hide the cable. I did like that the dash cam came with a 32gb SD card so you don't have to buy it. I did read that the dash cam app has additional features for fee of $49/yr or $5/month. I really like this dash cam and the price is good too.I highly recommend.

I'm a careful driver however I can't account for other drivers actions while on the road. I liked that the box came with the mount, an SD card and all the necessary cords for install. It was easy to set up I felt and someone wouldn't need a lot of tech knowledge to get this up and running. I don't care for the app as I find it a bit clunky and not the easiest to navigate. I wish it had a touchscreen however the buttons on the cam do function well enough for it to be a decent product. I will be buying another for our other vehicle as I feel these dash cams are awesome to have just in case. I didn't find the GPS easy to use however I'm very comfortable with the GPS on my phone and feel this is just a personal preference. The mounting was easy but I do worry about the extreme temps in winter affecting the adhesive. Only time will tell how it holds up.

Very impressed with this one and the size is just right. Put a 64 gig SD Card in to have more days that are held on the card.

The camera is easy to set up and use. It has a great picture. The iRadar app that is used with it for alerts and radar doesn't work.

Device works like a charm and had to us the footage for legal matter and it high recommended

The Cobra Drive HD Dash Cam model 2308 is great for recording everything you see in front of you when you are driving. Mounting was easy since the included adhesive seems to be the same as what is used to hang your rear view mirror which is supposed to be permanently attached to your windshield. The video width is good and covers the road from side to side including vehicles, people and objects on the side of the road. You can plug in the included DC adapter in your car and then turn on recording by pressing the record button and then the unit will automatically come on each time you start your car and then go off when you shut off your car. If you are involved in an accident, the G sensor in the dash cam will mark the place on the video so you can go straight to that without searching using the downloadable video player/editor software or by playing it back on the dash cam. It also marks your route/location, speed and date/time along with the G-Sensor info as long as you are connected to the iRadar app. The video is a very good quality. I first thought the dash cam had too small of a screen but when I installed it I understood why the unit is small. It is just the right size to install behind your rear view mirror so it is not in the way of your line of sight. The unit is simple to operate and I just move my rear view mirror up when I need to access the unit which will not be needed most of the time. The iRadar app I installed on my iPhone from the app store works great for being notified of upcoming red light camera, speed cameras and live police locations if someone in the community reports it through the app. The app connects to the camera via bluetooth. Although the box and instructions say it comes with an 8GB SD card, mine came with a 32GB SD card. It records in a continuous loop so you never lose any recorded video if the card gets full. I was not able to get the advanced driver alert functions to work where it is supposed to notify you if you drive out of your lane or the forward collision warning. Those functions are based on the video being recorded on the screen. I will still try out those features, though, as I continue to use the dash cam. This is one product that will come in handy when and if I need it. Until then, it's fun to use.

The screen is too small my expectations of the screen was a lot better but for a small car it think it’s fine.

I haven’t been able to use this item, I put the mount on my window upside down.
