Better quality on this model

The less expensive model had terrible sound quality while this model works better especially when using in conjunction with surveillance mime and earpiece.

Great sound and wont sink

Good battery life quick charging great to have a flashlight when you need one built-in

Sturdy, range not as good as advertised

Worked great but broke after a couple days

Outstanding for the price.

The build quality is solid and the clarity is absolutely amazing. Some folks have complained about the loud "Roger" beep confirmation tone. It is loud, but page 12 of the manual tells you how to turn it off, (yep, I am a manual reader). We have already used for kayaking and viewing wildlife without scaring a single animal away. These are great.
