Part of my basic emergency kit. My son laughed at me and said he has a cell phone as does everybody else. Well, Great if you’re in the city or have a solar charger for emergencies, but if you don’t and you’re out of range and you need to keep in touch with a companion, You’ll be very very happy that you had this walkie-talkie.

The kids love these (age 7&9). Much better than those kid ones sold in the toy aisle and for the same price. Went with these vs. Motorola because of style and previous reviews, seems like a a better quality.

The distance reaches far but the sound quality is a little staticy if speaking too close to microphone. Battery dies rather quickly but overall they work great.

Got these for my parents to talk with each other while one is upstairs. Once I showed them how to use it they were having a a ball, at least my mom was, calling dad to come up and take the garbage out.

I got these as a gift for my son who wanted walkie talkies. They are easy enough for a 4 year old to use and provide plenty of fun.

Works at described. Might be better for use outdoors. We used them indoors and we could here other peoples wallow talkies and conversations.

Great Christmas gift! My kids really liked the walkie talkies. Extra exercise checking out the range of the radios by walking all over the neighborhood. Bonus is the weather radio which my son and I like to listen to.

I bought these walkie-talkies for my daughter and her cousin. Now they can communicate with each other after school. These devices have a range of up to 17 miles.

I bought these for my nephew and he loves them. He says how he can go a few miles out and he's still able to contact us pretty easily without interference.

Oh my goodness.. these work SOOO GOOD! They work such a long distance away.. someone can be out on our property or even driving up to the corner store and they STILL WORK!! And the clarity is great too! Amazing product!

The radios are perfect for basic communication in short ranges. For those who are working outside and someone is inside of a building. Good radios that work when needed.

I bought this for my son thinking it will be for kids but after using it I found that it is very useful when you are going for hiking, walking etc where you dont have good telecom signals.

Just bought these for my grandsons and they love them. They use them to keep in contact when they are at the lake fishing. Just what they wanted and needed.

My kids and I love using these. The really cool part is that they do have significant range, and play time at home means a good safety helper when you're out and about.

We love them we can't wait fo this summer so we can take them wit us on our next camping trip that's when the real test begin

Last a long time on battery and range is good. Only thing is every once in awhile you will pick someone else up and you can talk.
