A: Ken, The Cobra Hero Series FRS radios do not have GPS capabilities.
Q: Can they be used on a cruise
A: FRS radios are legal to use in U.S and Canadian territorial waters and in international waters while on ships registered in the U.S. and Canada. The radio user must obey the laws of the territorial waters of the country they are in. If in international waters, then it will be by the laws of the country of which the ship is registered.
Q: What is the battery life between charges?
A: Dick, Battery life will vary depending on the amount of time transmitting, receiving, and the volume of the radio. The HE146 will work for 5-8 hours of typical use with the supplied batteries when fully charged.
