i loved it .. easy to use . i use it with my daughter in the house while she plays in her room upstairs .. instead of yelling out for me i got us these babies lol so much better . but only thing that freaked us out was this mans voice we heard over the walkies .. he made some kind of vampire creeping noises .. we freaked and changed then channel on it .. i guess it connects with other rallies in the neighborhood idk . lol

The walkies have a good battery life. You may have to select different channels to prevent interference from others using their walkies that are with in a few miles. It can be used on a cruise ship to keep in touch with your over ones. Once again I urge you to find a clear line. While at home there were individuals talking to us from their walkies. We aren’t sure where they reside nor their mile range.

We learned to to use them with our fellow son. He showed us a way to use them; we love them and are very satisfied.

Simple enough for our communicating needs. Bought this set as a way for our family to communicate around the house if anyone happens to be outside or inside and in different areas around the house instead of be yelling out where is someone. Have not had the chance test the range yet but planning to as there is a small park adjacent to our house. But testing in the short term as I was outside working our front yard while my wife was inside, I can say the range is good and sounds clear when talking. Overall a good no-frills walking talkie set. Reason for 4 stars only is that the instructions are a bit short in description, especially when you have to change modes, changing channels. But all the functions are easy to use without a lot of dials that tend to occupy most other high-end walkie talkies. Good purchase overall!!

Strong, clear signal for the distance I needed (3 miles). Easy to set up and use Small, compact and portable. My 8yr old son bikes to school less than a mile from home. We use this to communicate until he arrives and when he leaves to ensure safety. We have drove more than 3 miles from the house and still had good, clear communication. Did not try anything further. Great, portable communication product to help keep track of our kids at school and playing in neighborhood.

Good walkie-talkies with decent range. Only negative is the run on standard batteries

Great sound and range. Perfect size for Child and or Adult. Use when outdoor and spouse is inside, so don't have to run back and forth if something is needed. Or check on kids, outside, when we can't see them. Peace of mind for a parent to reach instantly.

They fit in my sons hands. Easy for him to use. Does pick up signals from around us which is funny. But it gets the job done for my son and his play.

I always use it for longer rides in my bike with my boyfriend

We used these to keep in touch when we were moving cross country with two cars. It worked just as we needed it to. A couple times my husband got out of the range but that told him he needed to wait for me.

This is a good quality radio communication device for short range entertainment.

Range stopped working after a bit over a mile or so in a suburban area. Otherwise reception was clear and has built in weather radio. Appears well made with a solid feel to construction. Wish range was higher but it is reasonable.
