Works good on a battery that just went dead. But if the battery has been sitting deal for awhile, this does no good. Gave to my son to keep in his vehicle, since he doesn't live at home anymore.

I bought this cause I’m in the auto industry and my tech use high dollar one but this one works just as well

I purchased this for my wife so she could keep it in her car, and its easy enough for her to use.

Useful for smaller engine vehicles and especially as a very large capacity usb battery bank.

I haven't had to use the charger as yet but it does have a sturdy build and came with all if the attachments as advertised. It also came with a really nice small case that fits all of the attachments and is small enough to fit in the average sized glove compartment.

We bought this as a gift for my Mother in Law. She has used it twice which it worked exactly as it's supposed to. The 3rd time she needed to use it it was dead, so we thought just changing it would be fine. It won't even turn on it won't charge at all. This product is great when it works! but your not using in in a monthly basis. It's for emergency purposes but if you don't charge it every 3 months or so it stops working. It really sucks that its useless now.

No charge after the first time I had used, try to charge I left for 24 hours still not working

Was looking for a backup power source to jumpstart my car and or, charge my phone and IPads. Well, needless to say, this battery pack did a great job. Hurricane Irma was headed towards us and I quickly charged up all my batteries and backup batteries. We eventually lost power. I used this charger to charge my iPhone 6s Plus and IPad Pro 2.5 times. There was just enough juice left to jump start my neighbor's car after the storm had passed. I would recommend buying 2 or even 3 of these power packs.

I bought this before a trip to ND. It's the biggest battery pack I could find, so I thought it would last the longest. I used online chat to try and ask someone how many times a battery pack with 11,100mAh could charge my iPhone, but the agent was not able to tell me. He recommended I go to my local Best Buy to ask them. So I did, and none of the sales associates there were able to tell me that either. Which I found odd, because just a few months prior I had gone to the same store with my friend to get him a battery pack, and they were able to say "this battery pack can charge your phone 3 times, while that one over there can charge it 2.5 times, and the one below it is best used for emergencies as it's only capable of giving your battery half a charge." I digress. I get out to ND, and my phone dies, so I pull out the battery pack. It's at full charge, I had plugged it in to charge overnight before I left. I was only able to charge my phone just over 2 times off of it. You'd think that a battery pack that kicks out enough power to jump start an RV could charge the phone 5 times at least. But no, this $168 (after tax) battery pack could only squeak out 2 charges for my phone. I wasn't using the phone while it was charging either. I'd leave it in my sleeping bag while I did other things, and come back 45 minutes later to unplug it at around 98% charged, so it's not like it was continuing to charge an idle phone. I ended up returning this item because my friend's battery pack can charge both our phones twice before it needs to be charged itself, and he paid less than half of what I did for this. I'd give it one star, but it did actually jump start someone's car and that came in handy, also it has a really bright flashlight on it so that's neat.
