Good detector but not %100 reliable i feel. Alot of false alerts too but keeps you alert!

I use mine to travel a lot it helps a lot for traffic cameras and that cop that is waiting at the bottom of the hill for you.

Pick s up radars from a far distance and I really like the voice alert it gives.

This item is accurate and good quality for the price. The only strange thing we have experienced is it sometimes alerts you that there is a train when on the highway. Im not sure if its signal strength is so strong its detecting something nearby but its been extremely accurate for law enforcement and speed traps.

Works as listed! I would buy it again. Read all of the instructions.

This radar detector is not as good as my older cobra xrs model. The laser has only gone off once and not by the speed cameras by the school which should be setting it off every time I pass them during the week day. Another feature that makes no sense when it goes off is the "train" alert. This is the most common alert this detector gives. The problem is I get it in the middle of the highway, driving down my neighborhood, driving down a main road with no trains or tracks near it. However when I did have to sit once at a train crossing with the bars that come down to block the road with flashing lights the train alert never went off. Unfortunately I had to use it for a month to really see how it works so now I can't return it. Thinking about putting it up on ebay and getting something else.

I have had many Cobra radar detectors. This one is alright but always says that a train is coming. It would be nice if there was a way to turn that off. I had read other reviews talking about how the train alert was a problem but was hoping I would not see the same. I was wrong. The display is green and is hard to see even with the dim turned all the way up. The Cobra that this one replaced had a red display and was much easier to see in the daylight. I have mixed reviews on this product. It works great but has a few flaws.

This is a cheaper radar detector. And I have no problems with it besides the fact that the detector doesn't stay attached to the clip it comes with when I hit a few bumps it falls out of the clip. Also lots of false reads.

Purchased it about 3 months ago. Works fantastic on highways. Its saved me multiple times from getting caught. Turn off in the city though - goes off a lot.

Seems to work as good as my old $500 Passport for a lot less $$.

Works as it should It has got me out of plenty of tickets.

Works great good purchase for the money. Would recommend
