    Works great when going on long drives in the car. Has car adapter for easy plug in. Can also be used at home while watching TV. A must buy for lower back trouble!

    The cushion is firm but it is too big for the lumbar area. The heat is not hot enough & the vibration is weak. Not a fan!

    I honestly just use it as lumbar support. I don't think it actually gets hot. The "massage" function is just a little bean around 2 inches that vibrates in the middle of the cushion. It doesn't actually feel like a massage at all. DO NOT BUY for the massage or heat. You will be sorely disappointed.

    It does what is says, mostly. "Massage" is just vibrate, nothing special. The strap (not entirely necessary) broke pretty quickly due to poor stitching, not a deal breaker. Don't really use massage function is it doesn't actually "massage". Maybe a little larger for a smaller person.

    I love this massager especially when lm in bed about to sleep,give me a lot pf help when my legs are in pain due to work ,(l am standing most pf the 8 hours work) sometimes l fall asleep still my legs in it working
